  1. What do you mean by this? Supplements?
  2. Reading text from enlightened masters and letting the words sink deep, deep in.
  3. @universe an mp3-player with audio-books to listen while going to work a small journal to contemplate with while going from work only healthy food at home always available extra books to read working part-time, so there is more time for LP and meditation
  4. Edit: The purpose of this thread is to deeply get in touch with realities of this world without getting blinded by our concepts about them. I was watching the video 'What Is Actuality?' and was struck by Leo's suggestion to look at the picture of Hitler and see that he is not evil. I propose that we fill this thread with videos and materials that will trigger some kind of judgments, feelings and concepts in us. While watching these videos, we can recognize that what we think and feel about these is not actually true, it is just what it is. In this way we can create a library of trigger material for investigation and stripping our reality off of concepts. Here is the first one. See clearly, that it is not good or bad. It is just what it is: Join in and lets wash our minds of all the bullshit ?
  5. Making an intention beforehand to gain clarity and understanding about the topic. Stopping ever once in a while and letting it sink in. Asking yourself: 'What is it really saying?' Basically contemplating while reading.

  8. @creede As I understand it, one of the qualities of the shadow is that it is hard to spot just by looking. Hopefully by seeing the material of others, we can uncover more of the stuff in ourselves, that has not been noticed.
  9. wow, meditating on the first video is some serious shadow work
  10. No saints here, no feelings of grace. Just figures on a screen.
  11. @and_gr I am all for sports. But again, the success with this depends on the attitude. If you hit the gym thinking and feeling: "I am a fat looser so I have to go here...", it will be no good. Better change it for loving-kindness.
  12. Maybe it's not exactly relevant, but when I saw the title I thought of this amazing quote. So here it is
  13. Glimpses of impermanence We think we live for ever, yet the same instant we're gone. As our grand show begins, we sing the final song. Struggling to survive, trying not to die, missing that we are but a spark in God's eye.

  15. Best to join one and see for yourself. Oh and make sure to watch Leo's Culte series. Very good and relevant.
  16. More than a stone, life is like clay, shaped by our thoughts, to the fool's dissmay. But for the ones, who know this truth, there is no bounds, so let's make the move!
