I don't know really. It just made a big impression on me. Reading these unbelievable things and knowing that this was the man's life and his experiences. It really shows how limited our view of reality usually is and how radically different other's lives can be.

Self Inquiry and Loving Heart (for lack of a better term) are the practices. One is the neti-neti, the other the yeti-yeti. One excludes all, the other welcomes all. One is totally empty, the other totally full. One is totally alone, the other is totally together. They are really similar.

What is health? Health of the body is an attitude of care extended from the mind towards it. Care is an attitude, and so it is invisible. All we can see are the effects. Some of them are softness in the body, feelings of security and love. A caring mind does not expect anything from the body, it just cares the way a mother cares for a child.

Healing the body (0. Activate the Throat) 1. Activate the Heart 2. Extend the Heart's space to the area that needs healing 3. Be quiet 4. Ask 'What is this?', meaning the tension or pain 5. Observe carefully

@Shroomdoctor Sounds like you are going through some tough times, man. Gratitude came to mind. Maybe you are just conditioned to see the negative and there is a lot of good stuff that you don't appreciate? When you wake up defeated, maybe ask yourself if there is something you can be grateful for

@kieranperez Just look up some poses that you like/find useful and practice these diligently, breathing thorough them, stretching them deeper and deeper and getting relaxed and centered in them.

Is there any value in asking questions such as: "Who am I?", "What is reality?", "What's the meaning of life?", "What is God?", or just keep quiet? Is there any value in asking questions such as: "What is society?", "What is family?", "What is the body?", "What is food?", "What is Spiral Dynamics?", or just forget it and just keep quiet? What's your opinion on this?

This sounds very true -
I find videos often more accessible and easy to take in. Books on the other hand tend to go much deeper. You can take your time, read slowly, reread, contemplate etc. In my opinion, if you are just scanning the surface, go for the video. When you are sure you want to dive down to the bottom, get a book.

I would like to use this occasion... ...to say how wonderful life is. This peace that envelopes all of us is so good. This unconditional support that is offered always is so generous. This wonderful mystery. Thank you all

I sometimes have similar body related issues. It's really natural to want to get rid of it, I know. What I do, and what ultimately always works if I stick with it long enough, is ask myself - 'What is it really?' I'll get answers, opinions, judgments and I say - 'Ok, ok, but what is it really?' And I go like this. If I am really patient and dedicated to find out (which is not easy when the body is fucked up) I will eventually see what it really is and be free of it. Soooo, my advice is, when this happens, ask yourself what it is really. And then ask and ask and ask and ask until you know Hope this helps.
