@Preety_India How was your experience? I was contemplating having LSD for trauma healing but was worried about these recent crackdowns and arrests happening. Just yesterday I heard about Bharti Singh getting arrested. -

I know about this person who got enlightened after searching for the secret of success for years and decades. After getting higher consciousness and enlightenment he manifested success using those. -

@Leo Gura Does that include the much advised stopping the search for happiness outside in relationships, success etc. and "turning inwards" towards enlightenment, as they call it, as well? Should we stop caring about that as well? -

@The Don But Trump is racist. He once mocked a disabled person for his disability, on a stage. What kind of a person does that? Why do you support Trump? I would love to know... -

@The Don Trump is as incompetent as it gets. His normal level of thinking reflects the Cognitive Dissonance level of many. What will he do with those Lawyers, play basketball, there is no evidence? If you call media as the source then you are wrong by default. But even then a considerable majority of the "proofs" offered by him are made up. Take Breitbart's several articles he referred to as an example. Steve Banon is the former executive chairman of Brietbart. -

@Leo Gura Can you please tell how many years will a properly designed education system save it? My estimations are it can cut about 30 years. -
@Leo Gura I think a video series on this understanding of Complete Enlightenment, LP + Enlightenment etc. would be nice. Contemplating on these has expanded my perspective deeply.

There cannot be anything outside of the spirit so I'll always be safe by being in it regardless of being "saint/sinner", religious or not, having a body or nobody, universe existing or ending, etc. -

@Loving Radiance Spiritual completeness like described by Ekhart Tolle where one feels naturally complete and detached from the world by the way of higher state of consciousness and the long term purification by it. "Psycological" as is used by top performers frequently by affirming or visualizing a sense of inner worth. Maybe journaling. It can be observed in many businessmen. To me, it doesn't seem like they actually feel "complete" although they can see through the blind materialistic paradigms at times which at times calls for hurting others like Wall Street or seeing external things having more worth than ones own self instead of a balance. But even then the need to do or create an impact is still there in my opinion which creates this burning desire. -

@Nahm I thought that realization extinguishes desires itself(at least some). I heard Leo in a video saying if the passion is rooted in ego then it gets extinguished out (Timestamped): Good to know there is this another aspect as well to awakening that you mention above. So, Should I contemplate on my desires and non-duality both at once in order to experience this Truth and realize it in my consciousness? (Apart from the dream board process you described which I have planned to use.) -
captainamerica replied to Nahm's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Loving Radiance Thanks! Appreciate it. I thought about this perspective for a while and found about a lot of people using performance psychology to have non-attachment and desiring at the same time implying that non-desiring and non-attachment is not the same thing. It doesn't really seem possible to have manifestations without a desire or burning desire both from a physical/psychological and even a metaphysical point of view. Yogis who have experimented with this came to the conclusion that even if all else being equal, the Real you/Source doesn't really set the necessary causes in motion without a desire. (imo) What do you say about creation from a state of "spiritual completeness" instead of "psychological completeness"? Is Napoleon Hill's "burning desire" possible in the former case where one doesn't feel anything missing? -

@Nahm 1. What was the change in your desires(general or specific) after the awakening? I define general desires like personal growth, financial abundance, creativity, relationships, health etc. Specific desires like that one dream for a career/life-calling, or maybe a relationship. 2. How is your experience of desiring now as compared with before or how a normal person experiences it? There are a lot of people who have attuned to some level of Truth who are literally against desires. For eg. in Michael Alan Singer's course, I found this "You have a choice: every single moment of your life is either about getting what you want, or letting go of the part of you that is keeping you from being OK. Getting what you want is not going to make you permanently OK. However, you will always be OK if you let go of what is making you think you need something." What's different about awakenings such as these and many others like yours. Thank you so much this is an awesome resource! -
Based on first-hand experience with my ex-girlfriend I am sure he was in fact gaslighting.

In my humble opinion, you are one of the best in Research and Development. Insights in Dating, Life Purpose, Psychedelics, you said you can create another course to land a job with Game development studios and I am sure many other fields or problems with profound insights and practical how-to knowledge and leverage. Are there any counter-intuitive insights about research that you would want to share? Are there powerful habits or routines that are generally missed or is it mostly mastery of the fundamentals(eg. Note-taking, Maintaining Commonplace book, Contemplation, etc. ) that compounds over time? Thanks for being here!

It's needed. Covid-19 hoaxes, Trumpism, racism, etc. is no joke. Because of racist people choosing a racist president already 200k~ people have lost their lives and one still cannot teach them how wrong and stupid they are looking by choosing a president who is stripping away the economy, "but yeah why not choose him because he is a racist like me."

@Nak Khid hi , my bad. I think Michael alan Singer is one such person. -
I know of people who have been wealthy multi-millionaires and engaging in business unrelated to spirituality while living in their higher self, or over self and even having samadhi experiences. They do ensure mindful behaviour and being balanced/self-controlled. I understand the need for surrender but what is the technical difference between normal people who have to give up so much to be enlightened and these people. What makes wealthy enlightened people different who don't have a businesses based on teaching spirituality?
