Barbarian Number 8 replied to ahmet sukru's topic in Life Purpose, Career, Entrepreneurship, Finance
@ahmet sukru Hello! It may be the "no-feedback" factor that stomps you. When explaining something one always look for ques that the recipiant understands you and you also continuesly calibrate your message based on that feedback. Try to place a person behind the camera in eye lvl and speak to that one. -
@Jhonny Ja. consider both @aurum and @Dan Arnautu replys. They are spot on. I am an introvert myself, but, believe it or not, very socially gifted. I got a veery "extroverted" job/s. I am very good at my job and I enjoy it. So no conflicts there. I kind of need to meet people in order to get mentally stimulated, but that is not how I recharge my battery. So for introverts any job (but telephonsupport jobs) is possible, but would most likely lean towards something intellectual. IT would probably be a good choise for somebody who would like to avoid people. There seems to be two main kinds of branches/paths there: the artistic one and the somewhat autistic one. Try and see what gives with your soul.

@BobbyLowell Maybe you just are? The most important person in your life already deemed it to be so. -Yes, I mean you did. Who knows you the best? You? or some-random-body on a forum? If you want to feel something else, then you should become/improve to something better. What would succes in that area be for you? Something to consider, could be that people tend to be very selfcentered and don´t really pay attention to other people.

@John Iverson No, none at all. The problem only occurs if a deeper connection is desired. That is not possible via tech.

@willen1995 The biological limit seems to be three. Male, female, both. What people label themselves and others seems to be endless. I don´t know if that is funny or confused but everyone are free to believe whatever when they look down at their pee-pee. Speaking of perception; Do you know what they call the female organ in Sweden?....A mouse! or rat! hahaha! Btw...Carl von Linné was from Sweden.....
-
@Santiago What does "dating" mean where you live? Are you a couple or f**kbuddies? In Sweden it would be FB and as such you got no claim to exclusivity. If you are a couple, she is about to cheat on you. It is not your responsibility to tell a girl that she is hurting you. That is obvious that she does. You have to decide if you want her as a FB or to leave. It is a good thing, that you this early got to see her personality and values. As a rule, people seems to have a limit of 3 month before they drop their mask. Also, a good tip would be to consider your "competition"......how do you value yourself in comparasion? There can be something to learn (mostley if he is better than you). I would take the romantic loss and keep looking. And ofcourse I got needs, so I would bump ugly with her till I found love or just got fed up with her. When I think about it....I would usually dump her way before I found somebody else to try with. That way she would be completely flushed out of my system and I be fresh again. Good luck kissing the frogs!

-Soo, for arguments sake lets say that taking some potion actually opens up your mind, give you a faster path to enlightenment. What I am considering is: Should you? Are you actually designed/ment for it? How do you know? Can you process the results of it in a sustainable way and time? Is the path the point or is the "goal" the point? Then what? Do you remember that in the beginning of the pc evolution, you could overclock your processer to make it go faster? Then you got a processor that overheated, got shorter lifespan and the other components could not really match/compliment its new speed? It could become expensive and mess up your whole system. Considering this train of thought...are we really ment to break up to a higher level of consciousness at current bodely makeup/limitations? -

@cetus56 -My friend, we are already there. Consider that most teens can´t do basic math and pathfinding, but with the iphone connected straight to their heads...they manage very well and in some cases exceeds the pre-telefonus-humans abilities. I, however, doubt that wisdom always is based on raw(brain)power/intelligens. -

@Gabriel Antonio -Ja, I am considering if the point of "enlightenment" really is a sensible "goal". It more and more seems like a frantic "must have" that can be showed off like a shiny medaltrinket to the a-and ah-ing ingroup. Maybe it should be more like a lighthouse, used by the lost to find safe harbour and avoid the cliffs in stormy darkness. Nobody really goes for the lighthous itself but for what it provides. Something like when I travelled to Berlin to see the historical Brandenburger Tor and finding it totally underwhelming and without any toilets nearby. Very dissapointening. The travel itself, was however very enriching. -

@pluto -Thank you very much for the post! When I was much younger I used to hike alot in dense forest and when taking a break, just sitting on the moss in the "humanly-noicefree-silence" and letting my senses follow the forestssounds. It felt like the wind blew right throu me as my mind where following the sounds. I just thought it to be nice back then. I had forgot about that. And now that I meditate I wonder what that will do to me! This can be something _really_ good to explore with my better/enhanced mindset. This must be tested! Thank you very much for the reminder! -

@Deepak sadhwani Stay out of the sun, hydrate, don´t miss out on sleep, eat well, avoid tetris. I always get messed up on those earthly ones. I doubt that ego death happens just like that. I have never met any ego-dead-person so far. Althou some old amazingly serene monks in Thailand seemed close. They had put in some work. Leo got some good clips on Ego, well worth a look. -

-Thank you I thought it clever to use the brain as cpu hardware. It is interesting that druggies can fry their brain and selfdevelopment can enhance the ability of the same organ. Both possibilities co-exsists within the same shared illusion. Well, it could also be an illusion that the shared illusions actually is shared. But I think that that is an illusion. It is, in a way, strange that so many (if "they" actually excists) seems to face resistanse when trying to develop. Assuming, that the amusingly clever being @Nahm (who made me read his post seven times!!) is not me the illusion talking to myself the illusion, I would like to ask you?, me?, God?, nothingness?, the Voice?, the observer?, the observer of the observer?, ....uhmmm...mom?.... -Why are the Enlightened program, that is already on the drive, so difficult to run install.exe by click only, but needs to be first unZipped by a slow CPU, so slow that a overclocking might be needed. I am a bit thoughtful that going that route would be like trying to run Win 98 Plus on a pre-Pentium machine. Yes, it can be there but might not work as intended but rather as designed. With or without overclocking. -

@DrMobius I trust you got a good green energyplan? -
@Hardkill Depends on how many you do approach and at what speed. And as @aurum mentioned, there is the tourist-flow-factor. I imagine that if you target natives or tourists your purpose/endgame of approach also differs? From your question, I gather that you might be going for a "pray&spray"-method of Biblical-scale, rather then "sniping". Do you mind saying why?

@Ilya Clubs are designed to get money from single men but also to create a cathedral for women to get attention, the egoboost of turning down suiters and free drinks. For men...well... they sell a stage for men to demonstrate their bank-account prowess via bottleservice/tables/vip-area. It is very difficult to see, hear and smell in that place. Thus knocking out your perception. It is not a place for depth of personality but rather a sellingplace for premade concepts and stereotypes. Mentioning something good, would be that the concentration of physicly beatyful women goes up. However.....when you actually study what is considered a beatyful woman, you will find that they very much looks alike. Kind of like a "blanc" face/doll. Althou I fail to find a selfactualizing woman there, it does not mean that they are not there. It is most fun to go with a gang of friends, but if you are good at pick-up in a club, it is easiest to go alone. If you don´t...it will be expensive drinks, gamblig and wierdly OOgling other people. Next day your clothes smells of smoke and there is a crater in your wallet. I am considering what could be fun there and would like to point out that the experience differ alot between a introvert and a extrovert. I give you my own introvert perspective: When I was younger I liked to watch gyrating beuty and that was it. No other mental stimulation needed to thrill me. Now it just annoys me, well it does not satify. I get actually bored. Also I like to add, if you got the skillset and it amuses you to pick-up women in such a place, your experience will differ. If you google RSD you will get a glimpse of the enviroment, you can also look for youtubeclips when you search for promos for the hot clubnames. (I don´t insert clips beacuse they contain a lot of butt&boobs, usually) In a way, it is an interesting experience to have, but maybe set a spending limit first. -
@Leo-Tzu -Aha. Then go for the lazyboy. I hope your surgery goes well and for a speedy recovery!
-
You could fall asleep sitting in a lazyboy. Halfsitting vill prevent you from rolling over on your belly. I usually fall asleep on my belly and wake up on my back. So maybe it is naturall to move around? What benefit do you seek via all-night-sleep-on-back?

Thank you @aurum for a well made reply! I think I will try to learn and explore socializing at networking events. I have tried and failed at nightclubs all over the world. My stickingpoints give me such a disadvantage in that enviroment that it is painful/futile. The limitations are not selfimposed and are being improved (when possible) as much and as far as possible. What I am aiming for here would be the "path of least resistanse". I feel like I am looking for a certain kind of lady (the selfactualizing one) and are trying to figure out where/in what enviroment she is most common and go look there. I guess that she will be scarce even there, that is why I am looking for the most target rich enviroment, anyplace else would be like finding a needle in a haystack, me thinks. Thank you for adding a piece of the puzzle! -

Thank you for making me aware of how my wording can be percived. I guess my language got colored by one to many RSD clips. What words would you use and still get the message across? I am looking for a lifepartner btw. What are your respons to the problem presented? Now that you know what I mean. Can you help me solve it? -

May I have more feedback about my wording please? I might have a blindspot there and if you found something that would be benefical to work on, I be grateful.
