Hi. This is the official mountain biking thread for actualized.org's health and fitness sub-forum. Even though this is a stupid hobby that distracts people (me) from doing the real work i like it very much. It is (much) better than being an alcoholic poker addict who wakes up at 11 am with a hangover everyday ( i used to be that) I am racing a MTB marathon this sunday. I would like to ask the fitness experts here: What do you think about salt pills? (They are used to retain fluids, so you don't feel like urinating during the race.) Pluto, Michael, Outer, anyone?

Exactly you get it! I agree but it did happen to me. I awakened and it instantly killed my monkey mind chatter. But after a week my monkey mind chatter came back. I was enlightened for about a week.
