  1. found nice course from Alain Wolf. Search for it on Udemy.com The material is well structured, reasonable price and communicated with well energy. Although they are short and not very comprehensive.
  2. How to Win Friends and Influence People is also a nice classic
  3. Hi everyone I am looking for a Personal Development online course or product or website that is exclusively on relationships and communication. Like the Life Purpose Course from Leo but focused on human relationships. I am not talking about love relationship but more general. Tony Robbins has a series called Ultimate Relationship Program but that is again a course for romantic relationships. does anybody have any suggestions?
  4. I wouldn’t call this a backlash guys, I thinks this is part of ego being threatened. I had this when I wrote a plan to put meditation into my morning practice. I guess the best way to deal is to accept and notice it.
  5. I have used both apps (calm and headspace) for over 2 years now and I would say headspace is more structured. Calm offers very good theoretical content, the app itself has a nice interface but if you start one of the packages (such as calm for anxiety or calm for sleep) it throws a good amount of information at you only in less than a month. That means you learn the theory but don't have much time to actually practice it. Headspace on the other hand has a very well structured set of diverse packages that you can do after finishing the basic packages. You get to learn the theory really well and then have a very laid back approach in implementing and practicing concepts. Using the unsubscribed versions of both apps, you can only acquire an insight into meditation.
