  2. Heyyyyyy. What is the best way to implement Leos vids into my life. Lets take Self confidence or becoming attractive to the opposite sex. How did you implement Leos videos into your life. Has it worked? if so tell me.
  3. Im gonna keep it simple: Leos videos instead of being a call to action could be a call to mental masturbation. I cant stress this enough, when a newbie approaches personal development and then he is bombarded with hundreds of topics. They can easily become overwhelmed and drown in the sea of knowledge. Thus a newbie must be very aware of his problems and approach personal development accordingly.
  4. @blazed Leo's videos are awesome and he should keep making them till hes a grand granddad. Simply put there needs to be a beginners guide. One were you are shown how to recognize your problems, and watch the videos that only concern them. Once dealt with your problems then you can start getting into heavier topics like enlightenment and such.

  19. Ok i weigh 103 kilos/227 pounds. And tomorrow i am starting my fitness journey. Some thing i am really afraid of as i start to drop the weight is loose skin. Is there any way i can avoid it. Id love to hear from you
  20. Over sensitivity definition: Over sensitivity is the trait that lets you become overly affected by an external influence that can hardly affect normal people. I'm a teenager, my past doesn't matter. What does is the way i choose to live NOW. I'm over sensitive, the tiniest things can have a humongous influence over my confidence, mood and thought patterns. I am engaged in negative thinking 24/7 Literally! Even in my sleep! My dreams are a self destructive imagination , this is due to the fact that all i do is negative think. Its heavily engraved into my subconscious. So my imagination doesn't know how to imagine positively . I've been looking for the reason behind all my : Negative thinking, Frustration, People pleasing, Mood swings etc.. basically low self esteem for years now. Turns out that when i first started looking for a reason i had assumed it was over sensitivity but I felt as if though it was a dull reason. I thought i needed to learn to be confident... charismatic... but it turns out i was right in my assumption. So my question for you is as follows: How do i stop being over sensitive? If you have any knowledge on this subject please write me.

  22. @Elisabeth You're simply talking about E Q . Which is similar to over sensitivity in the way that you can be empathetic and understand layers and layers of emotions. But again being heavily influenced by little things that happen in your daily life is a complete waste of life, for example: I ask my friend James for cigarette , which i saw him give one to Larry earlier but now he denies even having any. This completely crushes me. I start to over think and self destruct. I begin to feel worthless. Basically yes emotional sensitivity is one of the most profound skills when it comes to understanding and dealing with others. But its not that in this case. In this case its being heavily influenced by the tiniest of things. Also i would like to point out how over sensitivity can completely destroy whats left of your self esteem simply because you let everything have an influence on you. Whether good or bad but in this case bad and in many other cases as well. And no you cant shift the focus of your influence to the things that are good simply because there are going to be days where there isn't any. Over sensitivity has what i call the snowball effect where emotions generate more emotions and those even more in an endless loop.
