Yep, I fall in this one too. The company I work for developed a performance program with the hop that their employees reach mastery and the end result was that every single one of them become a hacker and the funny part is that we were rewarded for it. we all figured out a way to go around the bush and developed Technics and short cuts to not master anything. The company move was obsessive and was hurting their employees because their program was rather focus on end results than the process to get there. -
The author explains the path of mastery is long and difficult. Once on it, most of us fall on other paths that attracts different types of persons. The author went on explaining that there are 3 types of people. The dabbler, the obsessive and the hacker. The dabbler is the one that starts strong and is very exited but once reaching the plateau looses interest and leaves for something else . The obsessive is the one that starts the same way and once at the plateau doubles the efforts to the point of getting hurt or hurting others. the obsessive wants results at all cost. The hacker on the other hand will stay at the plateau indefinitely by doing the bear minimum, skipping steps and taking short cuts.

Life purpose program layout is deep. I spent 30 mins each day on each video till I got to the assessments. After defining my values and stuck on the first one, I realized that I have a tone of limiting believes that are blocking me to pursue this. I have so many unknown blockages that I lost interest in the matter. The strange part is that I start not only neglecting the work but working against it. This is not easy and it will take a lot more to just stay on course. My struggle at this point is to keep myself not only interested but patient. I am looking for all kind of excuses to leave studying. So, my new approach for the coming months is to start reading the books first with the hope to inquire enough knowledge and skills that I assume will help me to reach the final destination. I need to understand first what's blocking me and how to dissolve and get rid off that. After checking Leo's list of books and their reviews, I will be starting with + Mastery +Psych-Cybernatic +Sedona Method +Thinking in systems I will appreciate your feedback.

What is Mastery? To better understand mastery is to first understand what is not? +The author explains that mastery is not a goal nor a destination but rather a journey, a process. any attachment to the end result will jeopardize the mastery acquisition +Mastery is not reserved to gifted people nor tied to age,sex or experience. +Mastery is not an end result it starts from the time you decide to start mastering something. +Mastery is not a smooth process, regardless if you are bright or not you will reach a plateau then some progress then an other decline..and so on. In other word, the real learning and progress happens when you reach the decline, the plateau, when you feel you are going no where, when you get frustrated and ready to drop the ball. So now the question is how to overcome all this? The author explains that your way out is to practice for the sake of practice. In other word you enjoy the journey and detach yourself from any expectations.

I define consciousness as being aware of your surroundings and your state. In other words: to see, feel and know what most people don't and to be aware of your inner self. To be in the truth which will make you effective, confident and peaceful in life. Conscious people can't be be deceived ,manipulated or victimized. Being conscious lead you to making good decisions and better choices. I don't see consciousness being tangible.Or, maybe it can be tangible in a spiritual sphere by religious rituals or meditations. What consciousness would look like tangibly? This is a question I struggle with. Can anybody shed some lights on this?

Consciousness is the "physical" substance of "the world". Some people talk about God consciousness what that mean? as far as I know God is not physical. how about Aliens, soul, wireless signal
