  1. Dry fasting heals everything
    Dry fasting heals everything
Distilled or purified water is always best when doing a fast because it removes all inorganic minerals from the body. Iceland water is my favorite spring or mineral water i wished i lived there. As long as its roughly 050ppm that should be soft enough for a good water fast i wouldn't sweat it but distilled/purified being 000 - 003ppm roughly is said to be even better for fasting but general drinking water you're fresh springs are one of the best places in the world
If you have no access to distilled/reverse/purified ect... then by all means go for it i am sure it will be great as long as your water is sourced from pristine fresh springs and soft as you say or mentioned above This is my favorite water right now https://icelandicglacial.com/
Sadly its $3 a bottle here in Australia at most stores so i only by it as a treat and alternate between my distiller. VOSS water is pretty good too, very soft. I know its nowhere the freshness you get but we gotta live with what we got.

Hope these help answer your questions. There's also many other links and sources in the descriptions of these videos that lead to further studies and such. Also connecting with people with first hand experience in the comments helps as sometimes people/community in these areas have a lot more knowledge.
Personally growing up i was suggested by elders that urine is used to heal certain things because the stem cells in them and substances that cannot be found anywhere else are present. I hear aged urine is better for skin application and healing as stem cells only multiply more and more. When ill, drink only your water.
Remember we are natures most advanced/awarest form(shall we say), we are created by divine intelligence. Our body is perfect, we are perfect and the reason we are so blinded and surprised by many things that are arising from the ashes today is because we have been heavily conditioned for thousands of years to actually believe that no one is perfect.
This in itself prevents us from our true divine potential.

  3. 48hr (possibly longer) water fast ?
48hr (possibly longer) water fast ?
I would definitely aim for going longer and make sure you absolutely trust the process and enjoy it. Watch out for detox symptoms though, people usually panic here and ditch out but if you are educated and have a good guide you will sail smoothly. Hunger usually passes after day 3 - 4 in which you will see that its all in the mind. Fasting will teach you a lot about your body and its intelligence.
Spend time in nature, sunshine, grounding, doing things you love of a gentle nature, read books , meditate, sleep and enjoy just being with the process.
Try to limit electronics as they can drain energy but if you feel low, get some sunshine, fresh air and hydration you will feel fine in no time and maybe take a little rest. I would use distilled/purified water as they are most purifying but fresh spring water is also good. Some people even have a spoon of raw honey if they cant deal with the cravings as it goes straight into the bloodstream it doesn't effect the fast as much as anything else would.
One of my most spiritually purifying fasts was done on pure water and raw honey. On day 3 and 4 i had a tsp in the afternoon but as it went on i realized the craving goes away and only when you think or smell food you get the craving but on days 5 6 7 8 and onwards there seems to be no connection to food anymore besides appreciating its beauty and essence. At least for me.
Start off with light stuff like fruit, mango and or maybe with some coconut yogurt but keep it very simple no more than 3 different foods at once and wait a while between next feeding so you can observe how you feel after the foods you eat. Or you can do mono meals and slowly as days go by increase the variety and meal frequencies.
Always start off with fruit, then you can slowly introduce steamed veggies and heavier foods likes nuts/seeds as days go by or stay with whatever you feel best on. Experiment and Enjoy
    Hope this helps

How to Decalcify Your Pituitary Gland & Pineal Gland/3rd Eye
@montecristo Indeed. Fasting is the Ultimate Detox Protocol but some people could be quite toxic to go straight into a dry fast so they should do raw juice, coconut or distilled water fast before going straight into dry fasting. Doing a one to two week distilled water fast can be just as effective for most people.
High doses of MSM paired with VItamin C are also excellent for this purpose. Although i would only supplement when doing juice or coconut water fasting as for dry and distilled water fasting its best not to supplement anything and let the body use its infinite intelligence.
Personally i would suggest to ease into this if you have never done it before and start off with eating only raw fruits and veggies paired with detox supplements/herbs ect.. do that for a month or so then go into liquids/smoothies/fresh juices with cacao, herbs and other detox supplements for another 2 - 4 weeks then when you really feel on top of the world that's when you start going deeper into the water and dry fasting.
Herbs/Supplements are optional but they help speed up the detox significantly.
When done right, especially when paired with technological and social disconnection and having a spiritual intention/practice it can be one of the most powerful Enlightenment Protocols there is. I highly recommend this to all those seeking to reset the mind/body/spirit complex back to its natural state.
    Peace & Love

How to Decalcify Your Pituitary Gland & Pineal Gland/3rd Eye
@outlandish Indeed. Fluoride is only one side of the story. Once you start cutting out most processed foods, additives, preservatives, calcium phosphate and other chemicals and toxins not just in food but the environment in which you surround yourself with on a daily basis ect... you eventually start to notice a different reality. The body/mind starts to activate and starts to feel more and more alive than ever before. Paired with a whole food healthy diet, active lifestyle and some form of spiritual practice everything can change for the better within a few months.
That's what i have noticed at-least by not just my own experience but observing others i have given this advice too or others in general living a similar lifestyle. They all eventually seem to "Get it" and eventually have one true understanding of the nature of existence in which i believe the calcification of the pineal gland plays one of the biggest roles in how you see and understand reality.

That's what I thought too when I first heard about it, but it's actually a real medically-studied phenomenon: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pineal_gland#Calcification
I don't mean to give credence to the shaky new-age ideas around pineal calcification, just pointing out that pineal calcification is indeed a real phenomenon.
That video is so full of shit based on nothing except what sounds nice. But sometimes there are deeper truths buried under the piles, so I'm suspending disbelief to some extent.

  8. How to make my own ‘Alkaline Water’?
How to make my own ‘Alkaline Water’?
Alkaline water is definitely better to drink then regular bottled or tap water but it does not seem wise long term/all the time. More importantly focus on alkalizing fruits and vegetables as they have the most "living" and "structured" water that the body recognizes and utilizes best.
Regular filters will not remove fluoride, only really expensive ones like whole house reverse osmosis and such but i have heard many great reviews on the (AlkaWay UltraStream) which does filter out fluoride and most of the other nasty things and it is an Alkaline based system so overall it would still be much better than tap water.
I personally prefer distilled/purified water and occasional rain water and sometimes i add lemon/lime to the waters or Himalayan sea salt for minerals and electrolytes and to create an alkalizing effect like you mentioned but as long as you consume a generous amount of RAW fruits and or vegetables daily which are very high in water content, you will be getting the best source of hydration in the world, especially if they are grown naturally and organically.
I rarely drink water when i eat a lot of fruits, especially in the warmer seasons because there is no need. These are just my 2 cents, always go by what you feel and believe is working best for you. One step at a time, trial and error, practice makes perfect
    Hope this helps @Rasheed

  9. What Type Of Water Should I Be Drinking?
What Type Of Water Should I Be Drinking?
Buy a filtration jug on Amazon. They are quite cheap these days and help you rid of the substances with large molecules that are commonly found in tap water ( iron, mercury, copper) However they do bad job with smaller substances. Just make sure you change the filter as often as suggested on instructions manual.
I am toying with the idea of trying distilled water but haven't done enough research to justify the benefitfor myself. What I found though is that even though it has 0 mineral value, it doesn't contribute to your bodily toxicity the way usual tap water does. If your diet is healthy enough, you already get sufficient amount of minerals / vitamins.
Filter as much as you can, you will actually tastes the difference if you live in country here the water is quite "hard" with a lot of chlorine.

What foods make you feel good?
No problem! Be very careful with DMSA. It's not something to be messed with. MUST take it every 3 hours around the clock for 3+ days at a time -- longer rounds (e.g. 2 weeks) are FAR more effective. I did it for practically 6 months straight, along with ALA, basically with only a few short breaks of maybe a week each -- it literally cured my chronic fatigue -- and later my sleep paralysis went away but I highly suspect that in particular was from getting off Subutex/buprenorphine (I used to be a heroin addict). Search for Andy Cutler's protocol -- I would only trust the info found on a site called "onibasu." The limiting factor in taking DMSA for extended periods is oxidative stress; the limiting factor in taking ALA for extended periods of time is copper toxicity -- copper toxicity can be mitigated by taking 1mg molybdenum and 30mg zinc (picolinate) total per day in 4 divided doses.

  11. Kriya Yoga Mega-Thread
    Kriya Yoga Mega-Thread
@Koeke If you want to access this chakra more, then become aware of Medulla (tricky, as it is in your body and not on the skin). Feel looking from Medulla to Bhrumadhya, like you feel looking from your eyes to an object in your field of view.
Place yourself (like a miniature version of you as an observer) at Medulla. You could imagine that you are the lighthouse illuminating the body from Medulla. Now, illuminate Bhrumadhya. Focus your light there while "standing" at Medulla.

  12. Kriya Yoga Mega-Thread
    Kriya Yoga Mega-Thread
    @lmfao
    That's how i do it.

Just imagine, with eyes closed towards the point between your eyebrows, you have an eyeball located in the medulla and from there
cast a sight-line forward, cutting through the center of your head and lending at the point between the eyebrows.

Why he tells you to do that? these are my guesses:
1)it creates a connection between the back and the front of the head.
2)Rather than outside/inside, this method creates an inside/inside concentration, which makes you more aware of what's phisically inside of your head, this is very important in kriya, since right at the center of the head is placed the 6th chakra/pineal gland.

  13. Have a seriously bad sleeping schedule. Tips?
Have a seriously bad sleeping schedule. Tips?
    My condolences.
Is it possible that you haven't allowed yourself to process the grief yet which is spiking your stress hormones and that will prevent you sleep. Perhaps it would be helpful to experiment more with this, opening yourself up to it for 20 minutes every single day and processing the emotion. May help your body adjust, reduce the stress and improve sleep.
Otherwise, I've recently been working on pushing my sleep a bit earlier and going from 12pm to 10pm and you literally have to go to bed at the time you want and just lie there and let your body get into this sleeping mode. Cut out all electronics stimulants and anything that disturbs you. Have a audiobook with a nice story, something to help you relax and unwind. Mieditation is also helpful or a short session of easy hatha yoga. After some time, body will adjust, and the circadian clock will set right.
Make sure to get some exercise in there and avoid eating 90 minutes before going to bed. Remove all clock from your room, switch wifi off, keep the room dark and slightly cool.
For some extra help: levander, chamomile, valerian or passiflora may be helpful in a form of tea. If you feel very stressed something with Ashwagandha may help.
Bachflower remedies for emotional processing and dealing with grief. Australian Buushflower remedies are pretty good, perhaps the one called "transition" could help.
    Good luck !!

  14. Force perhaps necessary for quitting addictions ; Truth not helping self-actualising
Force perhaps necessary for quitting addictions ; Truth not helping self-actualising
The solution is always letting go, and is never solving thought with more thought. As such, there is no actual solution, there is only letting go of “the problem” perspective. The so called duality of a relative world is not something which is ‘out there’ somewhere, it is only apparent as thought. Letting thought go is like expressing emotions, emptying the cup. There is no “cup”.

@lmfao  Have you tried an NLP process on unwiring your addiction?

  16. What foods make you feel good?
What foods make you feel good?
    Fasting
    Coconut oil
    Lots of carbs (controversial)
    Well-cooked potato with butter
Gelatin / hydrolyzed collagen -- especially to balance out higher quality protein -- ~100 grams of protein per day is required for optimal body composition (and so is lifting weights) but that may make some feel a bit unpleasant from all the inflammatory and psychoactive amino acids, especially if at least 10-20g of that isn't coming from collagen/gelatin.

And yeah, chewing food a lot more than feels necessary -- this can help a lot.
And turning the shower on cold for some time before you get out.

If some foods, particularly eggs, make your stomach feel bloated, it could be the result of your body not processing choline effectively -- perhaps try a phosphatidylcholine supplement.
Quote I found from a user on an unconventional health forum:
"If you've got a defective PEMT gene like i have, you can't convert the choline into the phosphatidylcholine that you need to reverse fatty liver. Just as a test, try taking a capsule of phosphatidylcholine. Five minutes after ive taken it my stomach shrinks from bloated to completely flat. its amazing."

Is DMSA a supplement or a drug?
Yes, you can and basically should DIY chelation, since virtually no doctor knows how to do it for you. Only you can do it effectively yourself.
    Follow the Andy Cutler protocol.

  18. Is DMSA a supplement or a drug?
Is DMSA a supplement or a drug?
@Harikrishnan I am still experimenting with different types of zeolite to find which is most effective. Too early to tell yet, but I'm optimistic.
I take it without anything on most days, but also with DMSA + ALA when I am detoxing specifically.

  19. The Raw Attractive Power All Men Have that Women Won't Admit to Feeling
The Raw Attractive Power All Men Have that Women Won't Admit to Feeling
This video is amazing to help guys understand how assertiveness and masculine power is key to attraction.

  20. Teal Swan: Why Women Like Assholes + Why Women Aren't Attracted to Nice Guys
Teal Swan: Why Women Like Assholes + Why Women Aren't Attracted to Nice Guys
We need to define what we mean by "an asshole" and "masculinity".
Some of the women in this thread seem to be picturing a guy who just runs around insulting people and slapping drinks out of their hands. Such a guy would be demonstrating low social intelligence and would be unlikely to have strong social ties. Not going to be attractive, even from the most selfish survival perspective.
The women also seem to be conflating what they want in a man with physical attraction. I.e, the kind of guy I'm looking for isn't an asshole, so this can't be correct. Because they seek intimacy and connection, an asshole does not fit that picture. He will not meet those needs.
The men are essentially arguing these are two different phenomena, and that you can be attracted to a guy who you know is not overall what you want and is not good for you. Hence the stereotype of women coming back again and again to the "bad boy" that hurts them. Also that higher consciousness traits like kindness are only desirable to women once they are already attracted to a man, as this allows her to not get screwed over by that same lower consciousness behavior.
The men seem to be picturing an "asshole" as someone who is socially dominant and aggressive in going after what they want. Even if it boarders on the sociopathic. Such a man would likely have many social connections and resources.
Teal's argument in the video is that women are not inherently physically attracted to low empathy, selfish type of behavior. That this is actually a shadow of real masculinity. And that any attraction is only for other reasons, e.g that he displays other masculine qualities or that she is reacting a past emotional trauma. Since most "kind" men have been emasculated, she must take the good with the bad in many cases.
Leo and others are arguing that low empathy, selfish type of behavior is inherently physically attractive due to survival gains from that behavior. And that actually developing empathy can reduce one's attractiveness in the eyes of women as it weakens one's desire to assert their own survival agenda. Empathy and other similar traits are desirable in long term relationships, but it has little to no relevance for short term attraction.
This whole debate seems to rest on top of a deeper question, which is what does it mean to be human?
What are we really "wired" for?
Are we wired for selfishness, survival and low consciousness behavior? Or are we wired for something "higher"?

  21. How can you be directly conscious of consciousness?
How can you be directly conscious of consciousness?
If nothing = something, like if these both were identical and if Consciousness is nothing. How's it possible to be aware of conscious itself?
Won't it be that nothing would be something?
Not denying the existence of the pure nothing but wondering how could one be directly conscious of that nothing?

@Lyubov Women will always be attracted to strong men, regardless of their age.
Do women mature in their selection of men with age? Sure. They get wiser. So do men. But a big pair of tits will still be attractive.

Oh, easily. I can think of 5 women off the top of my head who I could have slept with (but didn't) if all I cared about was sleeping with them and didn't care about hurting them through pump and dump.
In pickup situations, being highly assertive to the point of obnoxiousness and sociopathy will increase your results by 5-10x.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WuC3DE_RHI
There is a direct inverse correlation between how much you care about a girls feelings and how many girls you bang. I've met guys who have slept with 100, 200, 300 girls. What's their secret? They give zero shits about the girls feelings. Zero.
