Always hear the good and bad things about coffee. What you guys think? How really affect your mind? Do you drink it daily? How many cups?

This video is a really good to contemplating. How is that this philosopher missed the big picture after living for so long? A 97-Year-Old Philosopher Faces His Own Death

Oh, look, people that only read the title, nice.
-
Yes, as the title says someone just took away from me the money I earn with sacrifice, the thing is that I didn't felt angry, sad, or powerless, it just happened. Do you think this attitude will let people take advantage of me? Or is ok let the things go just like that?

Don't blame Leo for the people that are here, you can't control everyone's beliefs. Some people just take what they see and read, and other are sceptical, life is like that, here and outside -

Use actualized.org as a tool and not as the true just untill you experience for yourself -
Hi there, I found these mushrooms in a friend's house, but I don't know if they have psychedelics effects. Any guide?

I'm in a point where meditation is comfortable, at the beginning I took it like a task that it has to be done and it wasn't really pleasant. But in my latest sessions I felt how all the sensation of my body disappear, literally I felt nothing and I was scared about this fact dont know why, like if my mind didn't want me to go beyond the illusion of this reality. For a moment I felt I was nothing, that there was nothing around me, it was an amazing experience. My advice to anyone who is in this path, do what you need to do without waiting for a reward. English is not my mother language so apologize if there is any mistake.

I want to know if there is a correct way. Do you do in a first person perspective or third person perspective when visualize yourself? Is there any differents? How can I improve this skill?
