  1. @Leo Gura how do you stabilize it? through Meditation,Yoga?
  2. @Leo Gura you would say that this would be the fastest and most effective way to awakening?
  3. Hi, so I basically want to know what you Leo and you guys are thinking about using a neurofeedback device to improve ones concentration skills. I think Leo is using such a system himself. I want to buy such a device, but I dont know, if it's effective and usefeul, if you buy them for 200-250 dollars. There are even systems, which you can buy for 5000-6000 dollars. What other methods are out there to improve ones ability to concentrate? Thanks guys and thanks Leo @Leo Gura
  4. Hi guys, so basically I want to work on my shadow side and Im searching for some good methods for that. I thought of Shamanic breathing or maybe some specific type of shadow work meditation. What are your methods? What are some good and effective techniques to integrate your shadow self into your "normal" self? thanks a lot
  5. @Javfly33 @Javfly33 ok thanks, so you are bascially saying that things will come up during these practices like trauma, emotional baggage, repressed feelings etc. and how do you integrate them? thanks bro, or sis
  6. Hey guys, so I want to know what Leo is trying to say when he is talking about "traditional enlightenment" or "classical enlightenment". What are the exact differences to his awakening? Is "classical enlightement" permanent enlightenment? Have these people experienced god? and so on. Thank you guys I hope Leo can give me an answer aswell.
  7. So if you want to reach full permanent awakening, it will not be enough to just take psychedelics? Am I right? So only practices like Yoga, meditation etc. will get me to a permanent state? And psychedelics can show me, what can even be possible, which can motivate me to do the Yoga even harder and more rigorous. A permanent state with psychedelics is not possible? Im just asking to clear up confusions. Thanks a lot
  8. When we dream at night during sleep, we think that this dream we are in is real, but then we wake up from this dream and realize how silly it was thinking it was real. Is this realization the same when we awaken from the dream called life? Does it "feel" the same? Thanks for your answers
  9. Hi, so basically I am a newbie in the field of spirituality and I'm interested in the nature of reality, of god of Love etc. I watched almost all of Leos videos and I am doing some meditation and breathing exercises here and there, but really, it's not a regular daily practice. In his newest video Leo said that Meditation and Yoga could be helpful, but if one is not doing psychedelics and only relies on these other practices, one is just wasting his/her time. Is there a "best way" to make an awakening more possible and more likely. I would say that a good plan could look like this (just my opinion): first build up your theoretical foundation by watching all of Leos videos, by reading books about awakening, psychedelics etc. Then start a daily Yoga/meditation practice and do some breathing exercises(shamanic breathing for example). If you feel comfortable doing these things(maybe it takes a few monthes, maybe longer, depends on the person), then the main and most important part of this work can begin, which would be a mix of psychedelics and contemplation. You would start with a psychedelic which is easier to handle than the big and heavier ones like 5Meo. You master these more harmless psychedelics (mushrooms, LSD for example), start with a low dose, work your way up to higher doses, until you are ready for the kings of psychedelics (5Meo for example). If you are starting using psychedelics you start a contemplation practice at the same time besides that. You can practice it even before your psychedelic journey begins. So you contemplate before, during and after trips. Contemplation questions could be: What is God? What is Love? etc. And this mix of deep contemplation and heavier psychdelics like 5Meo can lead you to a full and total awakening. (if you do it long and consistent enough) This would be my plan and I think it would be the best and most effectice way to a full and deep enlightenment. What do you guys, and what do you think Leo? @Leo Gura
  10. Hi guys, so basically Im going to start my spiritual journey soon(Kriya Yoga, Meditation, Psychedelics) and I have a question on regards to that. Im still involved in low consciousness activities like entertainment videos, listening to music, instagram, chit-chatting with my family, porn ( however,my diet is pretty good at the moment, sometimes bad food here and there). Can I do my spiritual practices and at the same time engage in those things or will they limit the success of these practices and prevent me from seeing any results? Or maybe I will see some results, but Im not able to get all the benefits and see the full potential of them. Should I try to stop these activities? What do you guys think about that? Thanks a lot for your help.
  11. @Leo Gura @Leo Gura ok thanks for your answer. By the way, are you going to update the enlightenment guide soon?
  12. Hi, so Leo, you are claiming that there are people out there who are considered to be awake, aren't really awake, or what you consider as being awake. For example you said that Peter Ralston or Sadhguru weren't really awake. So my question for you is, would you say that the Sufi Rumi can be considered as someone who was "truly" awake? He was someone who could express himself very well through his peoems. And in these poems I find many things which you aswell are talking about all the time. In the area of Love for example he is saying: "Be drunk with Love, for Love is all that exists" or "Love is the water of life. Drink it down with heart and soul" or " Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." Then there are quotes about being the entire universe like " Everything in the universe is within you" or "Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion." Then there are quotes about god like " I searched for god and found only myself. I searched for myself and found only god." or "Lots of ways to reach god, I chose Love" or "Love is the endless ocean of god." And there are many other facets of awakening, which are covered in his poems. Infinity, death, Self, Oneness etc. are all mentioned in his poems. Im sure, you know many of his poems. And for all the other forum members, who are reading this, google Rumi quotes and you will rediscover many things, which Leo is saying in his videos. I have realized that Rumi is really talking a lot about Love in his poems, like Leo is doing lately. Anyways, Leo, do you think that Rumi can be considered as awake or not, cause for me his poems are showing me clearly that he was awake. Of course all the other member on this forum can answer this question aswell, but Im really curious what Leo thinks about it. Thank you guys

  14. @Leo Gura but magic mushrooms for example is a tool which has existed for a long time. Why didnt they use these "old" psychedelics?
  15. So basically Im a total drug virgin, never done any drugs in my entire life (no alcohol, no weed, no caffeine). Currently Im 23 years old and in a couple of monthes I will turn 24. In a few monthes I will finish my studies and get my bachelors degree and before my masters I have a few monthes off, when I want to try experimanting with psychedelics. So my question is, what psychedelic would you guys recommend to someone who never done any drugs. Do you think I should first try alcohol or weed to somehow "get into taking drugs" and then try psychedelics? And my second questions would be: Is it better to do a retreat or to do them solo at home. Im from Germany and I have many chances to do a retreat (The Netherlands are just a few hours away). I have read and heard also that most of the time they give you high doses on these retreats, which wouldnt be a good idea for a newbie and would probably lead to a bad trip. So whats your opinion on that, guys? Thanks for your answers.
  16. Hi guys, i was just wondering, whether it makes a huge difference in the effect, if I take psilocybin mushrooms from different species. There are many species of magic mushrooms that contain the active substance, but all in different amounts. Also there are many factors that have an influence on the potency like environment, whether its fresh or not, drying and growing conditions. Can I just buy any mushrooms that contain psilocybin(magic mushrooms) or should I buy a specific one? Thanks for your help, guys.
  17. @Leo Gura okay so you would say solo as your first psychedelic trip would be better than a retreat?
  18. @DefinitelyNotARobot im living pretty close to the Netherlands, 3h with the car I think.
  19. @Leo Gura Let me apologize to all the divine, healing and holy plants out there:D What would be your advice for my situation,Leo?@Leo Gura
  20. Hi guys, so basically I am contemplating for years now, what my life purpose and my passions could be. I have tried a bunch of stuff and I have some areas, where I think that could maybe become my passion or my LP, but Im still not sure about that. I have done lots of introspection work, journaled a lot, thought a lot about things, tried out things, but I really cant find it. So my question is, whether the use of a good psychedelic( and what psychedelic would you recommend for that particular situation) could give me some new insights, ideas or perspectives, because I feel really stuck with that question and I really want to find my LP and passions. Thank you for all your answers guys, really appreciate every answer( please answer Leo:D)
  21. @MrDmitriiV I know that psychedelics alone wont do it. I just wanted to ask whether they could give me some new insights and based on them I could try out more stuff, introspect etc. to find my LP and create a vision for myself.
  22. How can I use psychedelics to heal myself? What psychedelics are the best ones for that purpose? Should I ask questions during the trip or should I just surrender to the experience and do nothing? How to do self-therapy during a trip? I hope some of you guys could give me a few answers to my questions, I would really appreciate that. I havent done any psychedelics in my entire life and Im really new to that field. Definitely need to study it a lot more in the future. Also im starting to do other methods of healing(exercise, diet, supplements, meditation). thanks guys
  23. Hi guys, so as you know psychedelics are a powerful tool when you are on the spiritual journey and pursue awakening. There is always a warning that you should only take them, when your mental health is ideal and when you are in the best condition possible physically and mentally, otherwise it can be dangerous and you could harm yourself. But on the other hand psychedelics are used to treat mentally unstable people, who are suffering depression, anxiety, OCD and so on and they are really successful in doing so. So obviously there is a paradox here and it confuses me. If you want to take psychedelics you should be in a perfect mental condition, but then on the other side they are used to treat mental disorders. How do you explain this? Thank you guys:)
  24. @Leo Gura I think psychedelics could be the new medication of tomorrow because as you said, raising your consciousness is the best solution for your mental problems as it works on the core of the problem instead of just numbing yourself and your symptoms with pharmaceutical medication. Of course there are some risks with psychdelics, especially when you are using them on mentally unstable people, but medication are more risky and in general there are risks with almost anything in life.
