  1. @Leo Gura Most people do things without any reason and without desire? I dont think so, man.
  2. @Leo Gura So you mean that a desire for enlightenment is necessary and not only meditating and doing psychedelics? But no one just meditates and does Yoga without any reason behind it. There is always a desire behind every action. So when you do spiritual practices, you dont just do them without any reason. Otherwise you would be insane. If you walk the spiritual path and do the practices I can be sure that there is a desire for enlightenment there, otherwise why would he/she walk this path.
  3. @Adamq8 But you dont meditate, do Yoga, psychedelics etc. for no reason. You are doing it because you are seeking and doing these practices means you are putting in the effort.
  4. @Leo Gura How will one achieve enlightenment then? if its not through psychedelics and meditation.
  5. I don't understand why success doesnt lead to happiness. People are always saying (including Leo) that success won't make you happy. Why is that? If you look at successful musicians or actors you see that they are living their passion, they are creating their art, they are contribuitung to the world, they are helping millions of people with their art etc. And on top of that they make a lot of money and they get famous. Living your dream life and passionately working on your dream career seem to make these people happy. In the media you see these people and for me they really seem to be happy and fullfilled. So why do living your passion and as a consequence of that being successful not lead to happiness or on the opposite lead to misery? Appreciate your answers.
  6. @Leo Gura Are you going to release a course about enlightenment?
  7. Are you going to release a course about enlightenment?
  8. Its basically what Leo is teaching in a nutshell. Amazing video. love this guy.
  9. @BipolarGrowth What are your spiritual practices besides psychedelics?
  10. Why is it that enlightenment is so rare when we have the best technology for achieving it (5meo) ?In a few minutes you are able to realize god with this powerful technology and yet there are very few god-realised people out there.
  11. @gswva "being left alone" is an egoic statement and state. God is above all human ideas of loneliness.
  12. @Leo Gura yeah and you are doing a fantastic job. It is possible to convince people. You are the perfect example for that.
  13. @Leo Gura Convince him/her that what he/she really wants is god, not money, sex or relationships. Show them some good books. Show them that it will bring them the happiness they want.
  14. @Leo Gura But returning to the ONE, Becoming god is the pinnacle of life. Its ones deepest inner desire, the way to happiness. Everything we do is to bring us closer to becoming one with god. So I think that deep down everybody wants to become god, we just have to show them that it is the case.
  15. @Enlightenment @Enlightenment these glimpses will definetly motivate them to do the spiritual practices afterwards.
  16. @Enlightenment but why aren't there more woke people out there when we have these powerful tools.
  17. Did you have other spiritual practices? or did you just use psychedelics to become enlightened?
  18. So if god is absolute infinity, it would mean that he/she/it experiences everything that can be experienced. That would include experiencing a world in which creatures are living in an eternal hell only experiencing deep deep suffering forever with no end. Because god is everything he/she/it would allow these conditions, no matter if it pleases other creatures or gives them eternal suffering. We as humans can experience suffering aswell, but there is also joy and pleasure here to experience and our lives are not eternal (physical death and limiting time are existing). So we should be thankful that god gives us joy and happiness besides suffering because in our next lives we can maybe experience lives which only consist of deep suffering and that maybe for a very long time.
  19. @WaveInTheOcean and an eternal hell is also a part of absolute infinity because Absolute infinity is everything what you can imagine.
  20. @WaveInTheOcean But wouldnt eternal hell (or hell for a very long time) be a part of absolute infinity? because absolute infinity includes EVERYTHING, so that would mean that there would be maybe worlds with creatures who are in constant pain. Absolute infinity includes everything, so that aswell.
  21. Will awakening bring us happiness or is it just an empty platitude? I think that enlightement is more a realization/understanding of your true nature than a promise of eternal peace and happiness. Are enlightened beings still suffering like other people? I would say yes, so why is there this promise at all? Thanks for your answers guys:D
