There are people who dont suffer as much as other person do but they still suffer and they dont enjoy it like they look like they do(or they have to be always in that situation and when they are not they suffer)you havent seen trully happy person in your life who are happy without anything making them so and you can see that nothing can make you permenently happy(outside)...

Completelly accept every emotion that comes,dont wish it to go enjoy it even,ego wants to control and then you make it worse, when you accept it without wanting it to not be there it will soon go as every other emotion

When you get enlightened and you are on your life purpose what else you can do to raise your consciousness(grow)Leo once told me enlightement is just a beginning of true growth....

I know your struggle you have identity based on shyness( i assume everything revolves around it) meditation and self inquiry helped me another alternative is to change yourself 360 and i dont know you can sustain it if you are introvert...

Self deception is thinking that something is true but its false(and you are not concious of that),many times someone saies this guy is stupid but cant see that they are themselve stupid...or i am not lying ever but before that they lied that they love their job but clearly hate it....

I have the same problem i assume you are an introvert because you think it deeply inside yourself what to say etc.to fix this you need to(same for me) get more rich life extroverts usually talk about stories,places,events they been to and what happend and they jump from one thing to another,when you go out and get into more different scenarios you can relate to and give your opinion when you speak with someone..you dont need to talk you just have to ask queastions and hear the answers and pick something to continue asking queastions or elaborate..and its ok to not talk because you dont have nothing to say to people you are with because they perhaps dont like what you like....

Yes kill yourself but not the body thats not you mind is creating your suicidal thoughts its sucks but just observe it and see that this thoughts are in front of you and you observe them then see who is observing it no effort its already here...

I have an experiences where im dreaming that im astral projecting(like lucid dream)where i go out of my body(proces of vibrations and going out seem real) but i dont know if its a dream or im actually out of my body if that makes sense anyone had similar experience?
