Everything is included in this inifinite reality...after enlightment you still do everything you did before(mastering yourself),or you go live in a cave idk..seeing it as an illusion doesnt mean you dont learn it make it better etc

This is my opinion on how to do do nothing technique(maybe also mindfulness meditation etc.) You are not trying to do nothing thats also doing something you should let go of the control completely what i mean by that..?You let your body do what it wants to do if it wants to sit,if it wants to walk you let it do what it wants to do without controling simple as that..thats also with thoughts(i assume you meditate frequently)...your mind wants enligthment,resaults sucess progress etc.No you let go even if it means you are looking lazy and there is no progress and soon enough you will get resaults you want..this problem ive seen on latest Leo retreat and wanted to tell something...(resistence is coming up because you still want to control if you let go there is no resistence)
