Soon after i watched new video i set the timer for 10 minutes and 5 breaths in i feel big changes but after 2 minutes i start to gag i dont know why and if this is normal for begginers...?

Ive been having lucid dreams lately because i noticed when im dreaming and from foggy dream i enter lucid dream its real like when you are awake..so my queastion is can we create lucid dreaming like memory something like photographic memory where you can see your memory so clear like its happening right now?

I just found this topic: what i experience most of the time is that im lost in the crowd im not interesred in drinking partying anything that most of the people do i dont feel lonely when im alone i feel happy im struggling to express myself best way i can do it threw sports...best i can describe that im trapped inside society i have no interest in,so i dont have purpose....thats my ego hope you got some idea...

@Leo Gura why they want to establish a ruling authority(fighting for monopoly)?Does priests know what they are talking about it seems they try to explain metaphors(from bible for ex.)from perspective of the ego?Im also curious about people who listen to some religious leader(from christinity for example) and they start to help everyone in order to be a better person and they talk only about religion in every aspect of life...
