Concentrate on the space where thoughts arises, if you see close enough you will found something like an invicable wall where thoughts arises, now really concertate on that wall and even be that wall,stay there the whole duration of your meditation...let me know if this works well like it worked for me...i could say this could make you enlightened the fastest way imo...

isnt negative stoic visualization when you imagine that some things could be worse than it is or to be grateful you imagine you lost your house but you didnt and you work to get it something like that?

@MM1988 There are so many things that could go wrong its not like you visualize few times and it will happen but you should not see that as suffering you went for what you want thats great man!

@martin_malin ironically when you dont step back and see how actually good you are you wont be able to get better in long run,do you mybe when someone is better than you want to either neurotically try to fight him back or say fuck this game,not being focused?
