The values that i like are mostly stage orange and i dont pursue them because i see that ill transcend them but every time i try to put other values they dont motivate me...so i end up with values like progress achievement self mastery those things motivate me but intuitevly i see there is nothing in them so i end up throwing my top 10 values to the side every time...

Ask yourself why would you invest in someone that doesnt love you?You are operating from a place that you wont get better and its a struggle to find new one you are attached to comfort and be honest there are many more amazing girls than her and if you had options with them you wont be thinking about this one for long and she probably feels that you have no option that you are not the best option for her...yeah and you are not standing up to yourself not having any bounderies she can sense that too so shes finding a new guy..because you are not strong...

Yeah like @Angelo John Gage said..when you realize you give others to determine your worth and who you are based on their approval positive negative reaction you will see its so stupid...notice in social situation that you give others power over you to determine who you are and how worthy are you..

Try swapping bad emotions with some new emotions when i got anxiety i swapped it with aggression it helps to see that we create every emotion in our body
