@Iiris I found when i worked on my mental health (yeah mayority of your anxiety etc is because of your parents you got from birth)and i dont get triggered and show it doesnt bother me other person unhealthy behaviours were lowered because your vibration rubs on them so you dont just help yourself you help others in contact with you...

Everything will be much better especially if you had lots of fear and anxiety in your life...but way to there wont be as peacful just push through...

@Iiris im no psychologist but that sounds like your father is picture perfect narcissist and thats a disiess...you can only keep your distance and not get too much involved in his drama because you will become the fault of why hes angry etc understand it as it is hope this clarifys things..

@Nahm Its ego thinking that if it gets everything it desires it will be satisfied happy (fullfield)...everything will be perfect but as long we strive for something (in same time attached to the outcome) we will produce all this baggage inside us (nothing outside of ourselves makes us stressed) every desire has promise written on it if you get it everything will be perfect and ill be content thats motivation for 99% of people...

@Alex14 idealy you should have kissed her at the end to see if everything went great and find you sexualy attractive(but nevermind) you are needy if you think you will mess up if you see her and what she will think when she sees you...if you see her act normal and do what you came to do(girl should not put you off your purpose but they will try)

If you can see that everything is a product of your imagination illusion will dissappear.... Everything that is going on around you people,happenings,things you do is product of your mind but we dont see it because it happens right in the moment of the thing happening so we confuse the thing happening with our imagination its subtle... You can see this when you think about someone you can see that everything about that person is going inside your mind you created picture assumptions where you stand with that person all imagionary... 99% people know this intellectualy but when you see it you will see that everything that was happening to you in your life is work of your imagination....

I read in auto rejection topic a great thing you are afraid of losing status(mainly the one you constructed in your mind) and you avoid losing it,avoiding to be vurnable or comitting because it could make your value drop with rejection,self worth drop thats what ego needs(to save it)...

@Alex14 Well you tell her you want to see her outside of school when shes free?...then see her reaction...dont speak until.she says the day...more she hesitate and gives excuses it means low interest when she suggests the day you press for specific time and place...again wait...it has to be definite date no ill see or call you if she says i dont know you say ok we can do it another time(you give her another chance to come in) if she says ok then ask her out next week if she still cant its done....if you get the place day and hour you are good to go....she has interest
