Its all a mind construct...but i think it comes down do how people feel about certen things being an alpha means you can do more stuff you can provide more=make people feel good(close ones) so they would get drown to and vice versa...beta can make people feel good also but not as much as alphas imo..

Love reading manga for fun like beserk,claymore,baki the grappler,kengan ashura and stuff like that...

@Buba Because 40 minutes is nothing for big realizations meditation in general is not the best and you havent switch the technique to something better for you...

@Giulio Bevilacqua everything is an ego game your whole situation and web of your thoughts(neurons) dont like your gf anymore so its best to drop it and then do whatever you want...thats how i look at it...
