Its a long process of finding out what truly you want and wish to be or are... Everything from how you walk and talk what people you wanna be with... Like you said the more you deconstruct stuff and the more you come to the source the clearer you will see what you should be doing and who you should become but you can develop it artifically and seeing what you want because at the end of the day you only have yourself and what you wanna be and do is determen only by you and letting others influence that its the worst blockage...

You have upbringing that made you that way and now you have big expectation and no patiance and care for yourself to give yourself a time and baby steps towards the goals...it sounds like you did hard work but that is all on low level if you havent embody what you watched and sounds like you didnt...

@Karmadhi If you looking for women to validate what should be done or not you are in the wrong mindset...you should be doing what you wanna do and validate yourself to the max if you wanna be muscular do that but if women say eww i hate muscles you would drop working out? Ultimately i said its backwards she will feel that you are secure in your personality and thats what attracts her...

@LastThursday Basically you described pick up haha, i dont know what you think it is but its same, only different thing is you dont activly do it you do it while living life(aka enjoying yourself drinking) and thats alright..you say you have to work on stuff on a side .... striking conversation thats also pick up you go to talk to strangers(mosly girl)to build skill before doing something extra...

And that assumes you are already atrractive extroverted guy that can talk to strangers...thats what pick up does...and you wait for them to approach you ?or you get in convos that are usually in groups and thats even harder than solo pick up ?

Im confused, pick up and relationships are 2 different things..you can be good at pick up and suck at relationships and vice versa...and what does being heard and hear what women desire means exactly? Usually as a guy you should know better what women wants than her imo?‍♂️....

Because they are spoiled with guys giving them the world and when someone comes along with a spine they dont like it, but they actually do, they will act butthurt but they are attracted to the thing they are butthurt about ? or you are the wrong guy, so basically shes saying you are low level for me ,if someone came that she founds attractive she would flip the script...
