Leo do you still think strong determination sitting is a fast effective way to getting to high levels of consciousness you been experiencing? From my personal experience i had a crazy radical increase in my level of awareness and consciousness durning this time in my life i was smoking some weed, feeling extreme extreme suffering, and when my life hit rock bottom causing me to stop smoking weed something in me pulled me towards trying out doing 4 - 7 hour straight motionless sits (SDS). I did these like 2 or 3 times before i ended up having some crazy life changing experience. I feel like a mixer of SDS, kriya yoga, and psychedelics would be by far the fastest path to getting to the levels of consciousness you been encountering.

... Speechless This is a hard feeling to stomach. I felt this and had to distract myself from it. I wont forgot that day i looked out the window and had this experience/realization dawn on me.

@Leo Gura So Glad to be reading your posts again Leo. I swear everything that your talking about and addressing on this thread i feel like i had a direct experience of. The eternal now. The way in which im creating meaning out of symbols and sounds, sounds and sights inside my mind. I honestly felt what its like to feel as if the thoughts in your head arent any different from the sounds out in the "outer" world. Having this experienced changed my perspective and priorities in life for the better. My only desire is to get back to that God state of consciousness. I hope to one day attend one of your workshops if you ever do host any.

@Red-White-Light I would disagree. Ill say it depends how deep you go. Higher consciousness and awareness tend to bring a curative effect with them in many areas of ones own psyche and being. Enlightenment work is not the only game in town there are many areas to improve on if you want to be well developed and overcome any mental issues, physical issues or psychological issues. @Artaemis
