  5. I indulge in these aswell maybe not as much as much as i use to but dont let this be a barrier to you doing the work. So far im on a 100+ meditation streak along with other important habits im doing. Its seems like from my experience that backslides are just part of the process. I had plenty of backslides throughout my journey. I guess the key is just getting back up after those backslides. Usually when the pain got so great again from the lack of things that i was suppose to be doing whilst drowning myself in unconsciousness i than got back on track. My advice to you is start with something small that you could benefit from while also being able to stay consistent with. Leo use to stress the importance of 1 habit for 1 if not 2 whole months. Build up snowball momentum. Dont go all balls out on something, from my experience this never works for the long run. You said your still working on the LPC so you know the power of vision. Remember: We are moved/motivated by emotion. Negative motivation almost never works for maintaining long term consistency. Contemplate whats motivating you right now. Is it negative motivation (sticks) or postive motivation (carrots). Best of wishes to your journey. Would like to hear back on how your doing a month from now.

  12. Wonderful. Reading this really reminds me/triggers memories of my own personal alike experience, the shit I did was insane, people honestly thought I was on drugs.
