@NoSelfSelf Thats what learning this is all about. Because that could be such a long, nuanced response, I will give the short answer: Visualizing is like a purposefully directed vivid daydream. You change and adjust the visualization according to your will. For example, lets say you visualize breathing in purifying light from above and filling you up. You visualize the light/power accumulating just below the navel in what the Taoists call the tandien. when you want to move the energy up your chest, down your arms and out your hands to heal someone, take another deep breath of light in and as you exhale slowly, you visualize the healing light moving down your arms, through your hands and into the person. This may seem like it is just in your mind but I have done this without making any noise and when I get to the part where I visualize the energy flowing into them, I have had them jump up and yell because it was so strong. To draw energy, visualize a cord dropping from your root chakra and burrowing into the earth until it reaches the center. See yourself drawing up this powerful earth energy up the back of your spine as you inhale. As you exhale, imagine light coming from the sun into your crown and down the front of you. Move the energy up the back and down the front with your breaths. This is a very ancient shaman technique that has been practiced all around the world.

1. It depends on your intention but the psychedelics raises your ability to actualize your intention. I combine the psychedelics with concentration meditation. Once I feel "the shift", I can then turn to doing whatever magick im trying to do, whether internal alchemy of raising more love, gratitude, joy, etc, summoning and talking to spirits, charging and/or programming the spirits I have made, etc. 2. Ive never been drawn to Teal Swan so Im not familiar with her work.

@SirVladimir Yes, i consider psychedelics sacred and holy. If I need to raise massive amounts of power or talk directly to spirits, I combine psychedelics and concentration meditation to get myself in the sweet spot.

@Yog Yogis dont avoid occult powers; they just tell their devotees to avoid them. In Yoga, Tantra is basically the Indian version of the occult. They learn tantric powers from Tantrikas. The gurus learn these powers so they can attract devotees enamored by their powers. Then they tell their devotees to avoid the powers so the guru is always in a superior position. If you watch the annual spiritual gathering at Kumbh Mela, the gurus line up and try to show off their powers and compete with each other to attract followers in many times very unevolved ways. Its all about ego. They say they have totally dissolved their ego but I call bullshit.

If you use a protection barrier, you have to expend energy to do that which is why I like going on the offensive. Dark spirits love fear and doubt. They will stay away from gratitude and courage.

Yes, I would do a simple banishing/cleansing ritual and a simple protection ritual from spiritual entities/energies. If you search online and add the word witchcraft, you can find some great resources.

@Leo Gura Luckily, I have one...and she also happens to be pretty talented herself, which makes things very interesting lol Amazing things can be done when two people can combine complimentary abilities. I would do a form of love magick. Ive never done it but people swear it works so well, its freaky. Ive heard quite a few people talk about how they have casted love spells to "make" other people love them but they say it always ends up not working they way they intended. They say they end up getting together with the person and then sometimes discover incompatibilities. Of course, the spell should take into account that the person should be a good match for them and then this wouldnt be an issue. I think the right approach would be create a love talisman that puts out a "beacon" that gets the unconscious attention of someone (or conscious attention if they are super talented) that is going to be a good match according to ones description. The beacon should be charged with the intention that once the beacon has locked onto its target as described, it creates an opportunity to meet that person. If the talisman is a pentagram necklace, it could be decided that the target would notice the necklace and that would lead to an opportunity to talk. The necklace could be designed to powerfully pull their attention to it. When they notice it, they are filled with an initial fascination/attraction and an overwhelming compulsion to compliment or comment on the necklace to open the door. Pentagrams are spiritual symbols in many traditions. Witchcraft has a ton of great spells for this that can be found online. The spells can be creatively modified by creating your specific intentions by speaking it, writing it down, etc, charging your energy with the intentions and then infusing the energy into the talisman. The power of the talisman is determined by the intensity of the emotion and intention its charged with. Ritual is a good method of turning the dial up on intensity. Also. allow the desire to build to the point where it would be a very unhealthy attachment if you kept it. Feel intense desire..build it, build it (rocking back and forth and shamanic breathing is a good way to build)...and then release it and blow it with your breath into the talisman or onto the astral realm to go to work. Command your desire to actualize. As you blow it out, the level of internal desire is released back to a healthy, detached level.

I dont have tons of experience with tarot but I would say yes simply because there are so many talented and knowledgeable people that swear it is a very powerful divination and guidance method.

Mudras can be very powerful. They are no joke if one gets in a state of gnosis with a concentrated mind. Add some powerful emotion and intention through ritual or chanting and some big things can happen. If you are not totally sure what you are doing, stay away from deities or spirits that can be wrathful. Also, be mindful of traditions that give very specific prescriptions on how to approach the deity. If protocol is ignored, it can piss them off. Also, I know a witch that evoked a goddess and the goddess took some of her life force because she didnt give an offering. She was exhausted for several days until she was able to recover.

@Phoenixx Just because a spirit tells you to do something does not mean you should. Many are tricksters that should not be trusted. Placating them can only make the problems worse. I would recommend looking up a banishing ritual and work on that. I would also research protection amulets and how to charge them. You might consider seeing a reputable medium. I would also try to call on your guardian angel for guidance and protection. At the end of the day, its all about purification. Purification is not what many people think it is. It is total acceptance and dissolving attachments and aversions. These spirits feed off of negative energy. If they can frighten you, you put out psychic energy (chi) that they can feed on. Give them a good meal, and they will keep coming back.

@Phoenixx I dont know much about them but have heard they can interact with people. If you have seen them, you are probably naturally clairvoyant. I would google "wicca gnomes" and you should be able to find out a lot about them.

@yoshy the black shape sounds like a parasitic entity on the astral plane. Sometimes, they create fear and then suck up the chi you put out there in the psychic burst that accompanies the fear. What you describe is actually fairly common. My guess would be that you have some undeveloped clairvoyant abilities. Sometimes negative entities tend to harass clairvoyants.

Good questions...When I say clairvoyants are feelers, I mainly mean emotions. When I said mystics feel, I was referring to energy - although clairvoyants are great at feeling energy also. I think that is a trait they have in common. I totally think that people could have undeveloped abilities and not know it. My fiance has had all kinds of crazy experiences throughout her life but never realized just how crazy they were since they always happened. She was raised Christian so never considered developing them until just recently. Once she started working on them, her abilities exploded. For developing the second senses, I would suggest keys of perception by Ivo dominguez.

Mystics are said to be a deep reservoir of spiritual power. Im not totally sure exactly what that means but I think Im getting an idea. Mystics know, feel and command. Clairvoyants see and hear. Clairvoyants are usually more emotional and feelers. Mystics are usually more logical and thinkers.

@Esoteric I made one servitor for divination that moved a physical object in front of me. It did it for my fiance too. Very startling. My fiance has seen the one with the bullhead very vividly and had a full on conversation on the astral realm and channeled it but I didnt see it. It would have been unusual if I did since that is not my talent. It showed up unexpectedly saying it desperately needed to talk to me. When I did the work to create this one, that was when I started calling the divine in the room. When I do that, the hairs on my arms stand up and I can definitely feel something powerful in the room. I can sense energy pretty good but not to the degree of my fiance.

@kieranperez Im a natural mystic so I dont have psychic sight. Its a telepathic communication that is similar to a knowing. Its hard to explain. I asked my guide once how I knew it was really communicating with me or it was just me making it up. The response was to judge the tree by the fruit on it. It said to watch how the communication plays out in my life and I will know. My fiance sees spirits because she is a gifted clairvoyant but cant summon and command like I can. When she summons on her own, not a whole lot happens. When I do it, it can be very dramatic. If I need to talk to the spirits or they want to talk to me, she channels them. We work together with our talents and it works well.

Since the occult incorporates not only the breadth of greek, egyptian and jewish mysticism but also asian energetic traditions and energetic sects of buddhism and yoga, I believe it is the most complete system for working with energy. I dont know where the limit of the abilities are. After what I have experienced over the last year or so, I wouldnt even begin to speculate. I am open to just about anything at this point. I have one spirit that I created whose purpose is to gather up chi and feed it to me when I meditate in a certain way. When I do, the energy that flows through me makes my head and body feel like it is buzzing, churning and pulsating. I experience a massive difference in energy. I am in the process of creating another spirit that is designed to stop people that intend malice towards me or my property through manipulating thoughts, emotions, mental health and feelings. Ive programmed him to be able to move objects but have not seen him do that yet. I have a current life situation that someone is trying to take my money that I have saved for retirement that I am going to set him loose on. He is so powerful that he showed up and asked to channel through my fiance (VERY weird experience). Hes got a muscular, reddish humanoid body with a bulls head and horns. He's chomping at the bit to be let loose. We'll see how he does but I would definitely not want to be on the receiving end of that. My bet is that my property will be untouched in the end. My spirit guide shows me what to do next at different junctions of my spiritual path. It has been invaluable to me and my evolution. It would not have happened otherwise.

I generally mean the same thing as chi or prana. There are methods in many traditions that teach how to raise it...some more than others.
