  1. Nobody. I compared the constitution of Sweden with the USA's constitution. I found the 1st and 2nd amendments of the USA to be useful, essential, and fundamental to progress, prosperity, and happiness. I derive facts from research. Not from other people's opinions. I have a mind. As I'm observing my own mind on a daily basis, I realize its deception so I can use it properly for the better.
  2. Yes. I agree with you, @Leo Gura. It could be that. But I can't fathom a response like taking down a video where doctors and scientists give answers rooted in truth. People have to be grounded in truth. Telling people you have a 0.03% chance of dying from Coronavirus in the state of California is not a fact that should be taken down from YouTube, isn't it? 4chan is irrelevant in this context. It really is.
  3. I'm not against Big Tech companies. They are absolutely necessary. I like having the opportunity to make videos and post them on YouTube. It's sad because YouTube has been corrupted by the left. They lean left. On the other hand, Capitalism is not the greatest system we have but compared to Communism or Socialism, I can say with 100% confidence that Capitalism is by far the best system we have. Take a look at the United States. It's a rich country not because it's oppressive, but because of its unique values. Those values include: - freedom of speech; - 2nd amendment; - freedom of religion; - the family value; - middle-class values like delaying gratification and trusting that there is a Creator. America is the greatest country in the world with lots of opportunities.
  4. But that's not good. It can't be good. YouTube should be a free platform where you can talk and express yourself freely. These scientists gave us important information regarding the Coronavirus that governments should implement. Why are so many people on the left?
  5. Hello. I still have this problem of not being comfortable around people. I don't like that much to be among people. I delight in solitude. I am alone but don't feel lonely. I don't even like taking phone calls. When it happens, I wish my phone didn't ring. When I watch a YouTube video about human relationships, I wonder how my life would look like if I were to live with someone. After a few seconds, a feeling of unacceptance of relationships bubbles up. It feels like something from my unconscious mind is trying to keep me away from relationships. When I'm at work (not to brag but I work in the most expensive restaurant we have in the city), I don't feel 100% comfortable seeing myself with all those people. I just don't know why. I would like to overcome this but at the moment, it feels impossible, and maybe I shouldn't take such feelings to be the truth. My social anxiety morphed into social awkwardness. It really sucks!
  6. When I try to impose myself on others, I get free of my social anxiety. But I look a little bit cold or maybe that's my perception. I look a little bit serious.
  7. Hi. It's literally true. We do live in an upside-down world. I'm saying this because our society doesn't teach people the essentials. We train people in medicine or engineering but when it comes to family and relationships, society doesn't teach any of that. Our society doesn't teach people how to be a good parent or a good partner. As a result, we have over 60% of divorce cases worldwide. What's that all about? And maybe those who stay married aren't happy as well. If we don't fix this, Western Civilization will go away. Or to put it in other words, our civilization will fade away and dissipate completely. We don't teach boys to become men who start and support families. That's a huge loss for everybody.
  8. I agree. And happiness comes with living for the common good, as the Stoics would say. If people would know more about relationships, we would have successful marriages.
  9. Could you send me @Leo Gura's video about this? Thank you!
  10. Thank you for advice. I'll keep practicing. I still have some issues that I need to solve. I don't know how to be myself although I'm trying hard. I still have social anxiety. I have trauma that I need to solve. Maybe the trauma I have and my ADHD problem is keeping me from realizing my potential.
  11. Hello. Consciousness changes everything. When I became conscious for the first time, I became another person. I was completely changed. I was able to see the problems I didn't know I had; impulsiveness, unconsciousness, negative mood swings, ADHD, social anxiety, and different forms of depression. After I became conscious of my issues, I wanted to find out ways to get rid of them. After a whine, I understood that emotional maturity implies acceptance, which means the ability to be okay with every negative emotion that bubbles up from the unconscious mind. At first, it was hard to accept what means to be mature from an emotional standpoint. It took me a while to embrace emotional maturity. Then I started to practice it, which implies mindfulness. Every single time I was in a bad mood, I allowed it to manifest itself fully until it passed. I did that every time and after a relatively long period of time, those negative mood swings began to dissipate. I started to catch fire in terms of equanimity. When you're persistent enough, you start to experience change. A lot of you guys could become better at emotional mastery. Your moods could improve significantly for the better if you trust that practice will bring you real change. All it takes is to remind yourself that better days are coming. When you become conscious for the first time, you have a tendency to despair. You see that consciousness can be a lot to handle. It's the phase of "The Dark Night of the Soul" that gets very dark. It will pass in a few months if you remain mindful and allow this phase to manifest. These are my thoughts for the night. Let me know if you went through one or more of my experiences.
  12. As I was scrolling down on Twitter, I stumbled upon this quote from Marcus Aurelius, a stoic philosopher that lived in ancient Rome: "A person who doesn't know their purpose in life doesn't know who they are or what the universe is." I would like to know the meaning of this quote because I'm sure that Marcus Aurelius was a spiritual being. He understood the meaning of life and that's why I would love to make sense of his quotes. What are your thoughts on this particular quote?
  13. I pretty much do that, my friend! I always try to open up a conversation with one of my colleagues.
  14. This is what I wanna do. The problem is that I don't know how to write in my own language. Believe it or not, I write better English than Romanian.
  15. The mind will never be able to answer why there is something rather than nothing. Nor science. God made our perceived reality as it is, a miracle. A miracle can not be understood by the mind. We're not God. We're simply human beings with a thirst for understanding reality. That thirst gives life meaning. On the other hand, 5-MeO-DMT turns off key functions of your brain which leads to the experiences of pure consciousness, but the consciousness that you experience on 5-MeO-DMT is not God. It's just human consciousness. Don't fool yourself. Reality is a maze as it should be. If you discover "the secret of reality", which is impossible in the human form, you wouldn't be alive right now. What's the point of reality for a human, if a human truly understands the whole process of its creation?
  16. And now, as we know that God is its own point and an infinite point of love, we need to recognize that morality is still necessary to have a good society. Some moral points are absolutely valid. 1. Don't cheat or commit adultery. 2. Don't murder. 3. Don't steal. The whole idea of Christianity is to bear your suffering and be good. We have to be good in life.
  17. Humans need more fat. Your brain is made of 60% fat. The human mammal milk contains over 50% fat. Please, read more about the ketogenic diet. It can change your life for the better. And not only your life but your health too; in a positive way.
  18. Yes. You can eat one meal a day if you consume enough healthy fats, proteins, and vegetables. You will feel a lot better. Start learning about the ketogenic diet. You will be amazed.
  19. I went through The Dark Knight of the Soul. It's a phase of depression where you can't find any meaning in life. You keep asking yourself what's the meaning of life and where can you find it. You just need to understand that life doesn't have to have meaning. You need to go beyond meaning and you don't need an explanation for that; you just have to be a witness to what's happening to you and after a while, it will pass. It's a phase of purification. Once you go beyond it, nothing can make you sad or depressed. You learn to accept things as they are. The mind wants to understand everything but it can't! Awareness can not be understood by the mind.
  20. Hi. We never talk about birth rates here. Why is that? Not to disparage anyone but shouldn't we be wise? Anyway, how many of you really know what is happening in the West? Fertility rates are below replacement levels since 1970. The nuclear family is gone because everyone is oriented towards success. There is a book entitled "Empty Planet: The Shock of Global Population Decline", wrote by amazing people. The authors are called Darrell Bricker and John Ibbitson. My main concern here is the consequences of falling birth rates. What are the consequences of falling birth rates? It's not just fewer people. It's less technology, less science, fewer doctors and so forth. It's a huge cost. In life, we need to ask these questions frequently: what is the cost of getting married? What is the cost of NOT getting married? Spirituality is not just about washing yourself of yourself. Spirituality teaches us wisdom. Spirituality gives us insights into the nature of reality. Life and nature don't care about the illusory nature of reality. I'm concerned about the future, as many children are growing up without fathers. That's chaos.
  21. In my case as being The Don, I would respond with the following: Men and women are fundamentally and biologically different. Science tells us that. Both good and bad exist. Morality is real and human beings should be moral. Don't give up on morality. Don't give up on the concept of goodness vs evil. I'm still on the spiritual path and I like exploring reality but in order for a human being to work and for the society to function, we still need to keep morality and the good and bad concept in place.
