  1. What do you mean by existential truth? Lets start with this first. If you don’t mind buddy
  2. So the difference between thought and truth? And what do you mean by existential Truth? just to be clear.
  3. I’m asking you. We seem to have a communication block. So I want to make sure I don’t assume one hasn’t gone beyond where one hasn’t yet began. Lol you say awareness is key. Awareness to what?
  4. To control implies thought-desire-will right?
  5. Yeah @Charlotte i wouldn’t worry about the reaction of thought itself, but just see that the self reacts to thought, and that reaction can manifest physically. Simply there was a reaction to thought. I would just keep exploring how thought causes action and reaction and so on. Also as robdl says about how thought will seek security in figuring something out. This implies awareness.
  6. To think about “nondualness” has no meaning. To me, it’s only in the absence of thought/dualistic movement of the i that one can go there. Lol
  7. Idk But if there is a reaction to thought that implies the self is still moving to control. So if there is any movement of control then “observation” was partial, or not observation actually. That make sense? Did you subtly try and control thought?
  8. Ok So you get my original post that was asked about now?
  9. I was going going step by step to walk together in the conversation. No arguing.
  10. No I’m not arguing lol you asked to to simplify no point in arguing
  11. Ok, so the direction in which we use “our” will is determined by thought which is of the past(pre-determined by collective and personal conditioning)
  12. @metwinn will-desire,as the i is the thinker which is a movement of thought.
  13. Will and thought are one and the same movement, right?
  14. I don’t know, you are reacting, which implies thought is in motion
  15. So, what we think, and the way we direct our will,is influenced by that stream of thought which is predetermined?
  16. Thought is of the past. Never new. So what we think isn’t “ours” and what we will is pre-determined by thought, which is old, not “ours” right?
  17. Which implies that is of the past, as is ego?
  18. And so it thought, correct? The response of knowledge, experience, memory
  19. So experience, knowledge, memory forms the self/ego, you see that?
