  1. Is this meditation intended to be a coping device?
  2. @sgn Ah yes a relationship between images And when is there actually a relationship between two people?
  3. What’s all this about flow and surrendering?
  4. There is no path. A path implies a movement of the self who is seeking. The acceptance of these divisive ideas, methods, and philosophies are an expression of this movement of the center. The me who seeks comfort and security. The me who seeks validation and respectability. That is who this entity “the Me” “the U” is. All of those and more. If we can not see this corruption of the self “center” than how do we know what is true or false. Again, There is no set path. Even if someone claimed to have the goods how would you know. Especially if you can not even see the truth of your own motives and intentions. And if that “guru” were to try and explain that path to you..... The description is never the described.
  5. Lol ? You are your own book guys. Don’t be fooled by your assumptions about another. Time “thought/knowledge” is needed for Communication. In that sense cultivation is necessary. If one feels they want to communicate this of course. This centerless state implies no movment of time. “You” The self can’t get to a timeless state when “The you” is of time. We can’t do anything about the timeless. All we can do is deal with that of time, “Thought”. The timeless becomes its own movemt in this awarness of thought. How you approach this is crucial. Do you guys see this? Be carful folks. Don’t be deceived. You need knowone unless your think you do of course.
  6. Is the entity you call you seperate from thought? If you think so than what is this entity?
  7. Seems that one who was tired of living wasn’t actually living. So figure out how to live.??‍♂️
  8. Who’s bill gates ?
  9. Analysis paralysis lol
  10. U need no book friend. All those books only get in the way and become a block. “Enlightenment” is not a object of time. This state of enlightenment is timeless. Not a movement by the center “time” You can go ahead and spend years trying to find out the hard way though??
  11. Maybe not interested??‍♂️
  12. U see the immorality don’t you? Well if we can be a light to oursleves maybe this will rub off on others in relationship. After all a healthy relationship makes an orderly society. Just do our part. That’s all we can do anyway.??
  13. Yoga is good for the body and can be fun. Stretching, strengthening, and breathing is good for the body, which can be quite calming. But that’s it.
  14. Can enlightenment be experienced through the movment of will? And is that state or feeling of enlightenment an experience? Or this “enlightenment” actually more like the freedom from experience? Seems like seeking an experience of enlightenment is an imposibity...This state is a state where the center is not. Therefore no experience. If there is no experiencer can there be an experience? Kinda cool to think about??‍♂️
  15. The very act of seeking is limited “of thought” infinity is limitless. How can somthing limited, ”partial” capture that which is limitless, “Whole” This is obvious is it not? Just enjoy the beauty ?
  16. Let’s go even deeper into this question of free will and ask ouselves this...Are we free of desire? Answer this question honestly and then you got your answer. And you will see the contradiction of free will. Only reason this idea of free will exsist is because thought makes a seperation between the observer and the observed... the observer looks at desire as seperate from the observer. But the observer is desire. Keep it simple folks.
  17. To chose implies there is confusion, belief implies fear. Also why take psycho active drugs? And why do you meditate? What’s the motive of these?
  18. Learn how they manifest. What gives fear continuity?
  19. We are primitive and we haven’t yet evolved to simple. Lol
  20. God? Ah man. Just wipe away every concept that u have and start from scratch. Empty the mind of all these ideas you read about. Freedom from these ideas is essential. Only then are you free to explore. Such abstractions are only a hinderance.
  21. @ocean Sure.. I would think of it as freestyle movement. Like a tai chi but no fixed movmets. Such subtle movments seem to increase and distribute blood flow to the entire body , loosen muscles, releave joint stiffness and increase oxygen to the brain. Especially the spine....Basically an overall nervous system reset. Also when movments are not planned or rehearsed there seems to be a state of no center. A moment where there is no longer a me that is doing but just a doing.
  22. If there is thought “knowledge of the past that the center accumulates and projects into the future” then the now is not met actually. To perceive “the now” implies that each moment is met without that content of thought distorting the actual happening. Actual being the moment of perception before thought enters in and alters the experience. The center is the me. My identity, which is given continuity by the movement of thought. Memories of the past, and according to those memories, projections deposited on top of the now and forecasted into the future. Hope this makes some sense. Check into though. Never accept. Investigate??
