  1. @cetus56 I remember you called it that once before.
  2. Indeed. The ending of experience; the ending of measure, The ending of time.
  3. This pain-conflict arises from reaction, which is a doing. This pain is the result of perpetual nourishment of the escape from what is, and the pursuit of the abstraction, (what should be). (Psychological time). There is a movement of division in motion. The meditator goes into the “do nothing” meditation sitting with a motive in mind. This implies from the very beginning, that this false division is being nourished by the application of time,(identification with thought), or all movement then is influenced by the false division between the experiencer and the experienced. As long as this false division is in motion, (experience, knowledge, memory), or (THOUGHT), then followed by action, there will inevitably be this reaction-conflict. This is incomplete action or “a doing”. Doing nothing is very misunderstood, but is well worth inquiring into indeed
  4. @Jack River thank you, friend. And yes indeed, starting and staying with what is,(fear),..that is the ticket to freedom. Then perhaps we can go beyond. ??
  5. @Feel Good I’m not trying to deceive you friend.
  6. It’s right here my buddy. And it’s not a big deal. Right?
  7. I didn’t edit that out my friend, and I meant it with good intentions. That was never edited out. What I meant was it’s your life so do what you want. Wasn’t meant to be offensive. It’s ok, I don’t want people to accept what I say.
  8. Thank you too friend...It’s a joy to share this others who are interested??
  9. I am a nube or a layman. I have no formal education at all. For me there was no pursuit of abstraction, other than evasion of fear in a particular direction. I one day saw the the silliness in seeking psychologically and ended that movement of fear. Didn’t do any reading of books. After freedom without seeking, learned and am always learning the nature of thought. The holistic seeing and understanding and awareness came almost simultaneously for me. Spent the majority of time just learning how to communicate it. As @Nahm says the conditioned mechanical patterns of thought-self ultimately cause this self feeding loop to recirculate.⭕️ I would say the whole psychological seeking and understanding of the nature of thought self holistically was actualized with a five month period of connecting the dots to understanding and applying choiceless awareness to that understanding. I have spent a year and a half learning basic reading, communication to share with you folks. Again I have no former education. Not even grammer school. Lol i have stuffed years education into that short time frame.
  10. ? Its so subtle indeed. It’s actually very interesting all of this, isn’t it?
  11. Leo’s work in developing practical-functional life goals is great. But psychologically everything you need is within yourself.
  12. You don’t need the forum. That’s the beauty of it.
  13. You may have “enlightenment fever” the attachment to abstraction my friend. Is this a lack or freedom to observe the fact? And does that fuel the fire of conflict-enslavement?
  14. Indeed. Attachment, dependence on time, with sole purpose self affirmation, self validation, or to secure ones own psychological permanence.
  15. It takes energy this awareness. The less we waste energy in contradiction and not understanding holistically, that limits necessary energy to maintain awareness. This is not a game. It’s a real art. Takes all ones attention. Takes much more that partial superficial motive in escape. To Step into the abyss takes nerve and freedom without the burden of fear. A sort of willingness to die psychologically every second. Step out of the stream of psychological becoming, (the conditioned consciousness), not knowing where it leads you. Can you do that?
  16. Indeed. And where there is this self image implies fear, in which feeds itself through projection, and dependence on that projection.
  17. I’m not sure what edit you are referring too?
  18. @Jack River actually offered a healthy way to start. Did you see what he was saying?
  19. relationship with the movement of thought-self-fear, and the relationship with others is the best teacher. If we are willing to stay with what is and not evade the fact in ourselves, (as in self image and its projections), then there is actual relationship. Same goes with relationship with others. As long as we form this self image, we project that onto relationship, therefore there is no relationship. It is resistance to commune with what is. Goes for inward relationship with ourselves, and others as well. Relationship reveals what is true, but unless there is freedom without this reaction, that ‘revealing’ will be overlooked, dismissed, distorted.
