Consciousness is only possible as it is the product of a material process. Without that material process there is no consciousness/mind/thought/the thinker -

It’s just mind.. we see it as being mine and yours. But the me and the you ‘self’ are creations through the fragmentation of thought. Only thing with validity is thought/mind/conciousness -

Why can't I be "my mind"??? is it your mind or just mind??? -

Responsibility is to self inquire. Learn about yourself deeply, which is to learn about thought. -

The only thing getting in the way of freedom from the self is thinking there’s a path that will get you there. Think about this.. it’s essential friend. -

If your mind is ‘full’ of its conditioning then any attempt to capture emptiness is a movement from fullness therefore not empty. Only empty can be empty. To project a concept, idea, of emptiness is not emptiness. See this for yourself friends?? -

The self/persona/ego/image, entity I call the me, is a manifestation of the fragmentary nature of thought itself. We must go into this oursleves...Otherwise illusion and deception is inevitable. Its common for fear and resistance to arise when this suggested. -

Lol cmon folks...Women men all the same. And how does one know if those ‘men’ gurus and yogis are what ever you think. You don’t. Agian don’t be fulled by your assumptions. Don't assume anything. Learn about why one assumes would be a great start??♂️ Also stop trusting others and see for yourself. Very important friends. Also get rid of the idea ‘enlightenment’ -

Don’t approach with past knowledge. Question this knowledge. Otherwise you will make mistakes along the way. There can’t be any incorrect information overlooked or else there becomes a flaw in the inquiry. Then it’s like a domino effect...Start with nothing and move from there. No presuppositions of any kind. A good scientist is aware of the nature and structure of any presuppositions. Attention is essential. -

A mind that is influenced by its conditioning/thought seeks, and when one seeks in that seeking breeds contradiction, confusion, conflict. Then one attempts to escape again from that which it has created through desire ‘thought/volition. Then there’s prepetual conflict. The effect becomes the cause and the cause becomes the effect. And on and on it goes. ? To seek security in desire through pleasure ‘lust’ is a form of escape from ones self and all the implications in association to that self. Any escape from the self is a movment by the self. Therefore self reinforcment. Dog chasing it’s tail⭕️ -

Thought created this idea and compulsion to accomplish enlightenment. The idea was a manifestation of thought just as the self is. -

When there is no experiencer/thought/the perceiver, then there is total perception. If there is observation with the burden of ones past being memory, knowledge, and experience, thought/the me, entering in after that perception then all that content of the me approaches each moment that is new with that of the old. If thought enters in that total perception becomes reduced by ones own conditioned associations that have been established through thought/time. Since thought is limited and never new, always old, then it’s like one is meeting each new moment with eyes of the old/past “experience” with all the desire, pleasures, fears, sorrows, ambitions, anxieties and so on...If there is a perception without the thinker, being all those conditioned and limited associations, and there accompanied horrors, then there is no experience pleasurable or painful. If I meet each moment of the now WITHOUT that of the past then there is pure perception without the me. ONLY OBSEVATION IN OF ITSELF. Therefore No conflict what so ever. When there is only perception, there is no me “experience/experiencer...When there is no me then there is joy, compassion, love. The self is what gets in the that way of such beauty...This is freedom that comes from knowing the truth of oneself. So you asked me to share my experience. But I would have no other way to describe it but as being a non-experience ”no-thinker”. Hints freedom. Experience is over rated...Way over rated ? -

@Nahm??♂️Ok -
Faceless replied to Shanmugam's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm it is clear though? do you see the significance? do you see the deceptive nature of that “great experience” being independent of thought? -
Faceless replied to Shanmugam's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
lol Does anyone get the significance of freedom from experience here ??♂️ This is a simple example of projecting and chasing that projection. How does one know what they are chasing if they don’t know what it is that they are chasing?? U can only experience something that you know or have known. If one projects and idea and seeks to make that idea a reality then that idea becomes a reality. All current experiences are the product of memory, knowledge, experience. So what ever experience u have now implies that you already have had it before. Therefore nothing new. Is this clear??? Maybe it’s to simple lol -

If a mind has no conflict, no sense of striving, moving and achieving, do you think one would seek various experiences at all? If you know the self/thought, you would see the truth that searching for that “great experience” is an expression of the self searching for gratification, pleasure, and fulfillment, which is therefore a thought induced projection that brings one a sense of self affirming satisfaction and psychological security. It’s essential that one must understand this question of psychological time, the constant becoming, or not becoming. When that becoming is rooted in the mind it conditions all your thinking. And when the mind is full of its conditioning that mind is never free. So you asked me to share an experience but when there is this action of total perception/insight into thought/the self, there ceases to be a desire for various experiences at all. And when there is not a desire for experiences, experiences seem to cease all together. Because any experience is of thought, memory, knowledge, and experience...And when a mind negates the limited and conditioned nature of thought, ‘consciousness’ then becomes a total freedom from all that thought has put together. Freedom from the self is freedom from the illusion of psychological time, and freedom from time ‘becoming’ implies freedom from experiences. Because experience implies an experiencer. If the experiencer ceases all that is left is observation. This is most likely not what you wanted but it’s the way I like to do things. I don’t like to put images into people’s minds because those images will inevitably become projections of volition ‘the self’ to be attained, therefore leading to and perpetuating another’s illusion and self deception. I hope you appreciate what I have offered though friend.?? -

@nahm Circle jerk lol good call I dont claim to be enlightened. If one says they are enlightened well then u know what that means lol my point is simply knowing oneself/thought is what’s important.
