I mean we all see the division in this forum right. Well that same division is expressed out in our daily lives. It in society, the world. If we don’t see this then we’ll, that is living in disorder. And when one lives in disorder every movment from disorder leads to further disorder. -

Indeed..only we can’t help one another. All we can do is share with one anohter significance of self learning and so on. It’s up to the other if they want to pay attention to what is said and explore for themselves.. Freedom from the self is life long learning. This freedom should express itself in our everyday living. How we act, how we eat, walk, treat others as so on. The more people that get involved the less turmoil the world endures. It’s simple, every step to order in society starts with us inwardly. -

What’s enlightenment? I thought we were talking about psychological time??♂️ -
Quinoa is great. Milk is usually recommended for kids in the growing process. Most adults switch to almond milk or some other substitute. I like almond milk personally. There are other places to get calcium anyways.?

Thought/self is a movment of time. When there is no movement of the self/thought ‘psychological time’ this is timelessness without measure. This is freedom from time. ? -

Nice one?? Perception/attention is the action of truth. Awareness means the observer is not. -
I would say depression is a mechanical disorder. The mechanical aspect of the body could contribute to this sure. But the fact that thought in its very nature is mechanical I think leads to depression, anxiety, sorrow, and so on. Arising from fear given continuity by pleasure thought seems to be the root cause of all psychological problems. I would say the main problem about thought is that it doesn’t even know when it is in movement. This is why thought/the self must be explored and understood very deeply. To learn the nature, structure, and it’s processes are a necessity to identify when thought is in movement. To grasp and see this movement is to comprehend the whole of ourselves. So can proprioception of thought by attention and perception act in bringing about psychological change?? This question could bring about a dramatic change for humans beings.

The moment you have an experience and hold onto it then that becomes memory. Then that memory is chased and longed for to become experienced again and again. Then arises pleasure and where there is pleasure there is fear and pain, ‘problems’ As long as there is a center ‘the self’ there must be problems.. as long as there is a movement that i must be enlightened, become a spiritual success, develop a quiet mind, conflict is inevitable. Conflict arises in the ‘i’ who must become or the ‘i’ who must not do this or that. The center is the essence of inattention. When there is total attention there is no center. The moment the ‘u’ creeps in there is inattention. And the center with its inattention creates all psychological problems. A mind free of problems/experiences is an art. This is the art of living.

what are we living for? If one is living for something then maybe they are not living. If one simply and beautifully lives, then there is no living to or for, but just living. The joy of living arises out of effortlessness. To be free of demand for or from. This makes sense to me anyway? -

Levitation ? ? lol groovy -
Accepting vs Rejecting Yourself both are reactions to what is. Instead of reacting watch, observe, attend, without any attempt of changing anything. The attempt to change what is to what should be will only lead to further confusion, contradiction, conflict. Just watch?

knowing is the result of memory, knowledge, experience, ‘thought’. Knowing implies thought/time/the self. Do we see the dilemma here? Only way there is no knowing is when the knower ceases all together. So when there is a movment of volition/a practicer how can knowing end?? -

This is the problem with techniques, systems, and chemicals to introduce timelessness. -

Practice implies a practicer/knower. Any movement by that entity ‘self’ can only practice/know what is known. -
You would have to know what Love is to know where to find it. Otherwise your looking for an idea of love and not the action of love itself. Good luck friend?

Go into it for yourselves... this is freedom -

The self ‘thought’ and it’s consciousness is the accumulation of memory, knowledge, and experience/experiences... when that is emptied only then is the mind/consciousness free -

Your consciousness is composed of memory, knowledge, experience. -

I would say they are the same. Yeah fragmentation, segmentation, create the confusion, contradiction, conflict. When we look at ourselves the subject is the object. -

?good call Die every minute to live every minute. A constant process of dying is a constant process of living. To live in the dynamic ‘present moment’, the static ‘accumulation of the self and it’s content or the past’, must end. Otherwise the past is imposed on the present moment. That which is old, dead, ‘experience’ becomes an impression onto each moment which is alive and active and therefore projections manifest from that. Therefore one is never free from recognition. So nothing is new or there is never a sense of creativity....This is the prison of memory, knowledge, and experience. This is why I think most people say they can’t live in the present. I would say this is the root of all psychological problems. -

I would say learning to read yourself is of greater importance. Seems reasonable right? -
There are only ‘thoughts’ which u call problems. The more the entity ‘the you’ identifies these problems as being seperate from the entity itself then more conflict is to come. Where there is division there is inevitably contradiction, confusion, and conflict. Maybe ask yourself is there actually a division between me and my thoughts or are there just thoughts in which I am a manifestation of. worth a try ?
