By seeing that in effortlessness their is timelessness . When this effort ceases their is the immeasurable, and this happens spontaneously. It can take a lifetime or it can happen now. That depends on holistic action. -

The cool thing is this will make those meditation practices really simple and effortless as well. But you could be in a constant state of meditation with eyes open or not, walking, sitting, eating, running, being in a store, driving ‘not advisable’ lol This is what I refer to as headlessness. This deepens in quiet tranquil environments dramaticly. -

Yes? But inquiring into things like Byron Katie promotes can also end the illusion of psychological time. For me personally the ending of psychological time came first then inquiry helped me inquire into the nature of realty and truth. As there was a freedom from time allowed for the immeasurable, that’s which has no point of view, reference point. No sense of being ay all. All that is left is the reflection ‘the happening’ This timeless/headlessness is like a mirror, or reflects only what is. There are not separate points of perspective. Here and there do not even exist. It’s unrecognizable. @How to be wise Keep going about this my friend. -

This is the result of perpetual movements of psychological becoming. I’m my experience and as I have said a lot before, psychological time must end. Then one can proceed? This is action free of time and does not depend on time. Depending on time is inviting procrastination. When this is realized deep deep down in your bones comes the possibility of instant freedom from time. This can happen at any moment. Time ‘thought’ will continue to put it off until you see that deep in your being. End it? -

In a way you have to be selfish. The way life is percieved makes a substantial difference in how you live it. In this case purpose, contribution, security in a future first and foremost, yet appreciation for the present is not even mentioned. We are force fed as children that this is the way it’s suppose to be. This is the result of personal and collective conditioning. That conditioning is inherited from past generations which becomes the program in which you are trying to establish and maintain. A never ending battle of reaching, grasping, and longing for that goodie at the end of the tunnel. The great illusion to become psychologically secure. If your purpose is to conform to past tradition, cultural values, ‘the program’ then that is not YOUR meaning but a meaning that has been imposed onto you. Is it more selfish to comply with the program and as a result reflect all the confusion, conflict, and frustration on to society which inevitably will lead to unhappiness, sorrow, antagonism/violence? Or doesn’t selfishness as in making sure you are sane, healthy, holy by puting all ones energy into your own very being seem to be a more intelligent way to look at it? If you are sane, healthy, and holy ‘whole’ this will also reflect outwardly into society therefore making a much more, orderly, harmonious, peaceful, joyful, and compassionate society/world. Right? Which way seems to be less conflicting, more contributing, with a greater sense of purpose, or more of a substantial sense of meaning??? Their is selfishness, then their is selfishness with meaning/value. Selfishness with purpose to me seems to me to be the more intelligent path. But that’s just me? -

When their is no feeling as if you ‘need’ to contemplate creates a capacity for great contimplation. The absence of volition/effort closes the door of compulsive thinking. That compulsive thinking is the result of prepetual movements towards psychological security. That is the function of thought/ego. -

Before i could ever contemplate anything their first had to be silence. Freedom from time ‘thought’ enabled the freedom to explore time ‘contemplation’ without time itself acting as a limit. In order to contemplate efficiently their must be a ceasing of time/thought. Distractions are movements of time. If you are like me (psychological time) must come to an end before moving forward. Check into it.? -

I have had back problems for a long time now. It’s a daily routine to approach some part of my body. When there is a problematic area anywhere in the body that particular area inevitably effects another. So I learned to view my routine as approaching parts of an interconnected system. Have you looked into sources like kelly starett ‘mobility wod’? And also have you looked into self Myofascial release techniques and trigger points? This is something you can do on your own. In my opinion more efficient than any chiropractic assistance. Your efficiency in these techniques will progress and become more effective over time. You will learn which points effect others with experience. My lower back cronic pain has been decreased dramatically by participating in this daily over the last 4 years or so. Check it out. I highy recommend these techniques to cultivating the skill of managing joint health, cronic body pain, stiffneness, and maintaining a healthy physical living experience.

If I would have projected the idea of enlightenment as something to be achieve/attained, im quite certain I would have limited myself tremendously. Fortunately I had never heard of enlightenment. -

I just read a couple quotes from Byron Katie. She seems to tap into the illusion of psychological time which is great for quieting thought. For me personally when thought was reduced to a minimum was when interesting things started happening. I think Katie communicates an important sharing?. Also I think if you are going to really see any significance in doing all this stuff you really need to take down that projected achievement of enlightenment. It will only prevent. In my experience time must end prior to moving forward into another playing field. For me silence was first. To free onesself from effort, demand, or will clears the playing field for one to go beyond. -

Lolol When your identified with a group ‘partial point of view’ you can never see all the variables of the whole. Because you have given up the freedom to investigate objectively into any progression of possibility. You have become an ‘individual’ or group that enters discussion/debates with no intention of suspending their own bias/prejudice point of view to come to an agreement of consensus. You have basically entered into communication without the intention of gaining any type of insight or valued information in order to come to a reasonable conclusion or ‘communion.’ You have made your mind up before you even enter the discussion. Now my point is does this seem rational at all? To call yourself a rationalist in itself implies irrationality. You say that is not a form of circle jerk and karma whoreing... Have you ever wondered why people/groups do that??? If you know the answer to that you will see what I mean. My intension is to show that identifying as a rationalist is irrational. As identification with an idea, belief, opinion distorts and corrupts the quality of thought that is utilaized as the means of any particular discussion. Therfore the discussion is tainted from the beginning. This is an example of the disorderly nature of thought that has been reduced by fragmentation. Only awarness of this and action followed by that awareness/attention would their imply that thought was actually moving in the direction of rationality. I’m sure this is pretty easy to understand right?? -
