This trail of >I am who I am > I hate apples > I then encounter an apple or someone who displays their love for apples or seeing someone happily eat an apple > An urge to display your opinion towards those apples > the response whether short term or long term is what I'd like to consider karma. to somewhat simplify - [Identity>occurrence>manipulation to reinforce identity>reality's response according to manipulation] It's complex and i'm likely not articulating this well but it's not simply "what comes around goes around" but involves billions of dependencies to even allow such an interactions to an apple to occur in the first place. there's an ebb and flow to existence and how you interpret this ebb and flow in which "karma" presents itself, you are coexisting within a mechanism that is completely dependent on you and how you behave/exist within this mechanism.

Plus - he has a book list, life purpose as well as older videos that all apply, perhaps you're looking for his current teaching format - but that's no excuse to not find people who specialize further into a stage than others, tony robbins, dan lok, sam ovens, etc etc. I suggest approaching these teachings with deliberate intention. A teacher is never one size fits all, it's not generally beneficial to get your teachings all from one source.

of course it's a pleasure, i never discredited that. Pleasure isn't fundamental in any sense, it's a byproduct. Anything that is said at all is a word game, plain and simple. Expecting anything more would be the mistake. To not grasp the DEPTH of survival leaves you at a disadvantage for what to expect. After all you did ask for a more mature point of view on it.

Understand survival at a fundamental level beyond living organisms and you can understand why you have an underlying fixation on wanting to have sex. It's instinctual, not only physically but mentally as well. Mentally it's a different story as it's more of a abstract notion of survival deconstruct this for example That's purely mental survival, descriptive words such as hot/handsome and implying there is a "should" to how often you should have sex is a notion to keep you alive as a thought simply built on the attempt to physically survive, it's all a big mind fuck if you ask me.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD you don't need any of this. You're stuck in a dependency mindstate which doesn't allow you to actually consider other alternatives, such as your diet, daily habits or what have you. It's no surprise as we live in a magic pill culture. Try considering saving the money and looking into the rest of your life and noticing patterns that exacerbate the racing mind.

Creativity is legitimately everything. I mean just think about it, it takes an absolute genius to construct such an existence and everything that inhabits it.

Pinpointing which one was THE MOST impactful feels nearly impossible for me as they are very cohesive and are interconnected between each other but this one really stands out.

Not going to back anyone else's post here specifically - but if you're not open to receive or accept help then a million solid points of advice will do you no good. Open your mind a bit, give other things a shot without judging yourself for trying, rigidity is not the answer and suffering comes from resistance.
