  1. @SuperLuigiAgree 100% with @pluto . 136 Day Juice Fast -- elevated my life on every level: physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. True bliss. Cured many dis-eases as well (back-acne, fatigue, & IBS). Cooked foods do have a dramatically slower bowel-transit time, and can collect in the colon over time. If you don't believe me, do a colonic and see the unbelievable amount of old SHIT that is stuck in your colon, which most likely is a major contributing cause to many of your current ailments. Cheers! Anyway, sounds like your pancreas (responsible for digesting) is weak. You may also want to supplement with herbs (tinctures or teas) to target this weakness, such as Gentian, Milk Thistle, Chickweed, Marshmallow, Bitters, Dandelion Root, Dock Family (Yellow Dock, Burdock, Oregon Grape Root), Ginger, and the Mint Family. Look up Dr. Morse on YouTube for more info Him and John Rose saved my life.
  2. @h inandout Do you seriously think diet is NOT a significant factor in health?
  3. @h inandout Have you tried dry fasting? It does wonders for clearing clogged kidneys and helping them to filter out lymph again. It was one of the strongest tools which turned my years of perfectly transparent urine (! if your urine is clear, where is your lymphatic waste NOT going?? I'd be concerned if my urine was transparent every morning...) to cloudy urine full of lymphatic waste (this is definitely a good thing). While I haven't necessarily seen worms escape my body from dry fasting per say, I DID see worms escape by body after 28 days of master cleanse. Crazy stuff.
  4. @h inandout Is dis-ease caused by dehydration? Or is dis-ease correlated with dehydration? Your argument is similar to the modern-day nutrition deficiency paradigm. If patient x has dis-ease y because of vitamin deficiency z, then patient x needs to supplement more vitamin z. However the root underlying cause is NOT necessarily vitamin z deficiency. Patient x may be deficient in vitamin z due to an absorption and utilization issue, NOT because their diet is inherently deficient in vitamin z. Therefore the root cause is malabsorption and or poor utilization, NOT deficiency. Many of our health issues today stem from excess, not lack: Diets consisting of excess protein, excess fat, excess isolated sugar, excess processed foods, excess animal products, etc. Why do you need to make the conscious labor of drinking 2L+ of water per day just to stay hydrated and "healthy"? Where did these numbers come from? Yes I agree hydration on a cellular level is critical for health, but dehydration is not the root cause of dis-ease. Dehydration is consequence, however, of cells trapped by their acid waste interstitially, which is the cause of dis-ease. The acid waste prevents the cell from proper absorption and utilization of water. 2L+ of water per day, while may be helpful in such a situation, will NOT address the root issue. It's simply a band-aid for most people. Where does the acid waste come from? Why are our cells trapped by their own waste? For most people, it's because of poor diet, even relative to the standards of most "health-nuts." 1 Critical Factor: Excess protein diet = Excess Acid or Metabolic Debris from breaking down protein to amino acids = Strain on Kidneys and inevitable clogging of kidneys longterm = Stagnant lymph fluid (the bathroom of your cells!) because of kidney inefficiencies (your kidney's filter out your lymph!) = Stagnant acid waste interstitially (your cells go to the bathroom! If the bathroom is clogged, that is your lymph pathways, their waste isn't going anywhere!) = hyper- and hypo-activity of cells = organ inefficiencies, dehydration, malabsorption, etc. = "dis-eases" How much protein is too much protein? Raw fruits and vegetables is all you need Fix the underlying cause, and you'll be plenty hydrated from consuming just water-rich juicy fruits and tender leafy vegetables No need for numbers such as "at least 2L of water" per day to be hydrated and healthy. Cheers!
  5. @Shroomdoctor Depends where you're at my friend. Have you done any form of extended detoxification (e.g. raw vegan diet without nuts and seeds, juice fasting, fruit fasting, etc.)? I do not recommend jumping straight into a water fast otherwise... Toxins hurt coming out just as they come hurt coming in, and water fasting will convert your body into a ruthless detoxification machine. If we're too toxic, this process can actually be too much for the body to handle all at once. I experienced this even after 136 days of a Juice Fast to test how clean I was... I felt extremely ill after 48 hours of water fasting and had to break it early--I clearly had more work to do
  6. @CGeo I eat nuts and seeds only occasionally when I'm not in detoxification mode. Otherwise, I keep them to a minimum--they're generally mucus forming and tough on the kidneys since breaking down their proteins produces a lot of metabolic waste. They do taste wonderful nonetheless!
  7. Side-Note: For anyone who has tried the trial version of Outline, loves it, and wants to buy the non-educational (standard) license, coupon code MACNEWPRICE3191 will get you 15% off the original price!
  8. @Space In the version I recently downloaded, I can right click on a section in the "NOTEBOOKS" finder, select "Copy Link to This Section" in the splash window, and paste the link in other sections or even notebooks, thus creating the internal linking I think both Leo and you describe I also went ahead and purchased a full version after the trial. So excited!!!
  9. Update: Outline has a 14-day Free Trial on their website: http://outline.ws/mac I was sold in 5 minutes. It's a gorgeous Mac alternative to OneNote, with many of the bells and whistles that OneNote has, AND saving notebooks locally AND no subscription fees AND has an educational discount for a one time payment of $23.99. That's it. Done. I am satisfied. Looking forward to incorporating this infrastructure change and watching it pay dividends for all the time to come Cheers!
  10. @Joyboy Have you used Outline? I'm looking at it on the app store... It looks promising. Would you recommend it?
  11. Has anybody found a OneNote alternative for Mac? The inability to save notebooks locally is simply a deal breaker for me, not to mention extremely frustrating because otherwise OneNote seems like a fantastic application. The bottom line: If all your precious notes are on a company "cloud" server, who is truly in control of the privacy and preservation of that information? I think I'll stick to local storage with my own backups and applications that aren't subscription based indefinitely... I tried looking into Bear and Evernote, although I run into either local storage or subscription issues... Any pointers to software that isn't abandoned by the developers? Cheers!
  12. @Dragallur Did you watch the interview above? It's not just one person stating this perspective. I quoted it below. Did you research Garrison Orders? Japan and Usury? If you don't care for it, I understand. I'm just posting in case someone stumbles upon this thread and does, wanting to research some more leads. Cheers!
  13. @Toby @Dragallur I invite you to watch the video below from 4:00, just for a few minutes. John Rose describes more historical topics to research (on your own) on Hitler and the Holocaust to see the other side:
  14. @Toby From John Rose: "Cherylyn, first, you must EMPTY YOUR CUP because it is full of LIES!!! Yes, I understand how this is hard to believe given the VAST amount of References or Lies that we've been subjected to by people who want us believe this BS! Cherylyn wrote: "My grandfather was a soldier in WW2 and helped release these people from the concentration camps and what he saw haunted him for the rest of his life, so i can't see how you can say this is made up." Yes, what your grandfather saw was horrendous, but The Allied Forces BOMBED the supply lines months before your grandfather arrived and what your grandfather saw was NOT the fault of the Germans as these "Ammunition Workers" were VERY WELL FED with a special Diet to keep them healthy! I explain all of this and much more in the Video I just taped and uploaded yesterday... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQXbmTMZ8S4 Yes, there was a Holocaust, but the Jews were NEVER Holocausted - it was the Germans who were Holocausted. When you watch this Documentary, you will realize that the Germans were the victims - NOT the Jews. Hellstorm - The Real Genocide of Nazi Germany (Documentary w/ Subtitles) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37Oxb110P0Q Here is a snippet from my file on the Holocaust... "The six million Jews exterminated by the Nazis depended in large part (66%) on Auschwitz, where four million of them were infamously done to death. Thanks to Ernst Zundel and the International Red Cross, Mikhail Gorbachev in 1989 released to the Red Cross the captured death records from Auschwitz. The forty-six volumes cover the period of 1941 to ’43 and record about 69,000 deaths, mainly from disease or natural causes. The IRC had investigated all the German and Polish camps during and after the war and estimated about 200,000 deaths, some of them Jewish. When the US Army liberated Dachau, for example, of the 32,000 inmates, about 1,200 were Jews. Jewish representation was so tiny during WWII as to be insignificant, except in their minds. In their minds, the 60 million actual deaths of real people were insignificant, not worthy of consideration." JR Recap: < 200,000 deaths or < .2 million deaths VS 60 million actual deaths!! Inflate < 200,000 deaths or < .2 million deaths up to 6 million and ignore the other 60 million!!! We Suffered LESS, but we write the History and will Lie and say that we Suffered the MOST! As you can see, the total number of Jews who died in the war were way less than 200,000 and there were several million women and children raped and burned in Germany. Once again, my friend, we have to Empty Our Cup and Sit Down Before Fact Like a Little Child, otherwise, we shall learn NOTHING!!!"
  15. @Dragallur The linked post is one-sided. Yes, the film is potentially flawed. Yet, many of the facts presented in the film aren't even discredited in the post. What makes you think the perspectives you've learned in school aren't flawed? Because of the amount of references? Is majority always correct? This is why we need not be concerned with what we want to be true, but with what IS true, even if that means we're in the minority. It can be psychologically difficult to do this, I understand. In other words, how can you know the whole truth when you're unwilling to look at both sides objectively, even when one side may not align with your beliefs and world view? Hiding behind a one-sided post as an excuse to not look further into another perspective will NOT lead you to the truth. It will make you feel comfortable, sure, and that's fine. Cheers!
  16. @Dragallur I understand, the truth is hard. The millions of Germans that were burned (what he was referring to) is the millions of innocent Germans USA and the like murdered during WWII: Let me know if you have access to this in your country. This is the dark side of history that no one talks about / isn't taught in the west.
  17. @Dragallur I suppose that shouldn't be surprising. MP3 Version (start at 3:25): https://www.dropbox.com/s/pj2a2l87suhpglr/Vegetable Police VS Anti-Nazi Bashers by John Rose (YouTube).mp3?dl=0
  18. @Toby I know that all of us in the west have been indoctrinated into siding with a certain his-story about WWII... However I urge you to do some research (with some critical-thinking skills) about what events truly led to WWII, and moreover, why Hitler is demonized today. News Flash: he's not the villain you think he is. Ever watched the documentary Hell Storm (on YouTube)? Ever question why Japan and Germany were demolished to such a merciless degree, or made an example of? The Germans loved Hitler during his time for a very good reason by the way... (Hint: Hitler turned his nation from one of poverty to wealth almost overnight because he removed usury, aka fiat currency from his country. Same with Japan. If you don't know what usury is, watch the latter half of the Thrive Documentary, also on YouTube). Money is the absolute tool of control. Cheers! "To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize"
  19. @Quader Have you heard of Dr. Nun S. Amen Ra? Current world record holder for dead-lifting? Guess what his diet is. Yup, 100% Vegan. Questions to contemplate: Why do you think you need so much protein to build muscle? Who told you that you need to eat animals to sustainably build muscle?
  20. @Chrissy j I posted a response to a similar question in an older thread (with bulleted pros & cons!).
