hi there i have tried going off it and i actually see no difference. but thats just for me. i am vegan so taking off gluten would be more hard for me, and also i chonically under eat calories so its helping me in that regard. if i was overweight that is probaly the first thing i would get rid of (of course after obvious junk)

believe me i have tried to eliminate every single plant food/group. i had some discoveries about specific food that if i eat alot of it will make it so much worse, but i am currently in my best condition and still many farts. basically i have to eat a lot of variety, and not over do any single food. if i stick to this, my condition is the best and pretty berable. i am very happy that this is the case because it forces me to eat very varied diet which i believe is healthy. but still the farts are a burden. i am still searching for solutions. please dont offer me the obvious ones like probiotics and such, and yeah i soak my legumes for 24 hours. believe me i have tried them.they help about 10-20 precent. if you have some creative solution i would be very glad to hear.

I am on a vegan diet for almost 5 years. I feel great, keeping a decent amount of muscle mass BUT I have only one major problem that I can't solve: I fart so much. to my luck it's especially in the evenings so most days I'm not around many people. My girlfriend is used to it by now, but honestly it's inconvenient at times. If anyone solved it, I would be happy to hear how.

Bro just quit porn and ejaculate every 2-4 weeks. Its more balanced, and you will probably get all the benefits. And learn to enjoy masturbation/ sex without ejaculating

What about now after you recieved the information about the cause of your bad experience with 5-meo? still holding the same position? -
Hi, 23 year old male here, from israel. I have acquired some LSD tabs. Yestarday i watched leo's latest video "The dangers of spiritual work", and have addmitted to myself that I am not ready for awakening. My heart tells me that there are other things more importent to me at the moment. since then, I am questioning wheather i should start my tripping journey or not. Right now, I am most passionate about: Opening my heart, and being more loving. Conquering various regular daily fears. Purifying my soul and body. Dropping bad habits. Discovering my life purpose and alighn my life with it. Improve my sex life. Improving my financial situation. Strenghten key relationships. Strenghten my passion for life. Improve self image. Improve health, diet, dancing performance (a hobby of mine) Can tripping help me with some of these stuff, or are they just for awakening? I am confused a bit. My intuition tells me yes, but yall advice will help alot. thanks!

Haha I remember being a child I thought the world was in black and white. If this is ego death, could you try to explain how is she dealing with it so effortlessly as it seems? -
Hi there. so i guess there isn't a definitive answer to my question but still.. to your knoledge/ experience, what's the most effective technique that i could add on as a habit to do every single day, that with consistent practice over months/ years will help create more peace of mind? Currently doing 20 min a day of insight meditation which i learned in a retread i did, and just starting too add now a bioenergetic routine about once a week which seems to really help with body relaxation and anxiety/ stress relief. Currently still doing research on different techniques that will help with one of my top priorities which is to have peace of mind as i mentioned, so i wanted your opinion on the subject before locking my chosen habits for at least the year ahead. Thank you so much.

Hi. Im currently in the process of removing some hard addictions in my life. Stuff like porn, tv, social media news etc. A few days ago something came in to my mind that I haven’t considered yet to be an addiction, but now I've got mixed feeling about. Listening to music. My life literally revolve around listening to music. The first thing that goes in my mind after I wake up is the need to put on my headphones and hear some music. When I'm reading some book, surfing the web or doing some home task like cleaning/ laundry, I literally have to listen to music unless it will be too boring for me to do. A few days ago I tried leave home for work without my headphones. While driving in the bus I started to feel hard cravings and really anxious that I haven't had the ability to put on my headphones and listen to some music. With music, everything feel so alive and meaningful, and without life seems so boring and mundane. For instance, I read the book "meditations" by Marcus Aurlious right now, and while reading it with music in my ears, tears may come to my eyes when reading a powerful quote that I relate to. When I turn the music off, suddenly the book becomes boring and I loose all the will to even read it. The problem is that it can hinder me from performing tasks in my life that requires no music. For instance its really hard for me to do my daily meditation which is ONLY 10 MIN of the do nothing technique because I feel such a hard need to listen to music while doing it. Upon reflecting the past few days on my relationship with music, I really don’t know how should I act. On the one hand, its just music, and it does makes my life more exciting and meaningful. on the other hand, I feel like a drug addict that have to have its daily dose of drug, and sometimes cant get enough of it .It might sounds crazy, but that’s the harsh truth.. It really hindering me being more present and mindful. What is your opinion? Should I avoid all music listening, get rid of my headphones and speakers and treat it like every other addiction? Or I'm being too harsh on myself? In my mind I really think that the right thing to do Is to stop with it cold turkey, at least for now until I will manage to be in control over it. I really feel that it is the fear of emptiness that gets me to listen to music everyday for hours, as leo said in his video about addictions. I would love to hear your opinion before taking any action. Thanks
