Most people take for granted their health condition or maybe they do acknowledge that but is still not in theirs sexy priority list, because of the "big bang global information awakening" our thirsty for truth MINDS tends to jump straight on to the "juicy topics" and neglect the obvious basics. Of course there being mentioned basics in that self actualized path but there are some basic "animal stuff" as general rule of thumb if ignored the vehicle wont budge.
for example:
- drinking enough good quality water; even the most enlightened shark if he going to get too busy and forget to drink enough water his body would get anxious and his mind would get blurry.
- getting basic vitamins.
- getting minimum amount of sun otherwise sad mood (bad trips).
- good quality deep sleep- cells repair, ingraining daily experience, new neuron pathways.
- movement- to get that blood moving to that enlightened brain we all want...
- opposite sex connection socially and physically.
etc.

That could be a lot to cover so the video could be presented and served as summery or as a crib sheet format.
