Page 20 - 60 There are three wrong personality types in mastery, each one of them is happy with the spurts in the mastery curve but each one of them is dealing with the plateau of the mastery curve differently : 1 - The dabbler : The dabbler does not accept the plateau after the spurt So the dabbler starts doubting the path and leaving the field. 2 - The Obsessive : The Obsessive does not accept the plateau after the spurts so the the obsessive starts doubling the effort and taking more dangers in order to get rid of the plateau, but what the obsessive is going to face is little spurts followed by huge declines in the mastery curve because of the impatience and the end will be completely falling in the mastery curve. 3 - The hacker : The hacker after some spurts start to like the plateau and does not make any good effort to move to the new spurts in the mastery curve. - The master is different than any of the three types has been mentioned above, The master is enjoying the spurts and the plateau and making decent amount of effort in every stage of the mastery journey, The master is patient in every stage. - These three personality types can be found in almost any field in life, So a person can be A Dabbler in a field and master in a nother, or an Obsessive in love and hacker in business and Master in music. - And the same person can pass through different personality types in the same field, for an example a person in business can a hacker sometimes and a master sometimes and a dabbler in other times in the same field. - The society learned from the media about consuming and business and about everything in life as a continuous climactic moments without plateaus, and thats dangerous and it is the opposite of the mastery. - Most of the time We will be in plateau periods in almost every field in life, So love the plateau, love the effort in the plateau periods, be in the moment, and enjoy the ride.

The 5 Seconds Rule - By Mel Robinns No it is not about getting up in the first 5 minutes after waking up, thats not true. It helps You not to hesitate and procrastinate When You take steps towards Your dreams, Search about it in Youtube and google, and You can read the book if You want to.

Be aware that When You talk about world or universe You talk about human beings too, So When You say that the world or universe does not care about justice, I can understand that a tree or a planet does not care about justice, but human beings are different ( or at least thats what I think ) They care about justice and They are part of this world and universe.

Hi everyone I did not understand exactly what You mean, but I undertood that You have a problem with counting the ticks, So I will explain it to You again here We inhale for a mount of ticks that thats comfotable for Us, Then We hold Our breath for 2 ticks, then we exhale for 2X amount of ticks that We inahled before, Example : lets say I am comfotable with 4 ticks inhale now, So I am going to inhale for 4 ticks, then I will hold my breath for 2 ticks, then I will exhale for 8 ticks, because 2 * 4( the inhale ticks ) = 8 ticks. Then maybe I will be comfotable for lets say 6 ticks of inhale, So I inhale for 6 ticks, then I hold my breath for 2 ticks, then I exhale for 12 ticks, because 2*6(The inhale ticks ) = 12 ticks, and I go on and on ..... - - - do it comfortably, do not go hard on Yourself - - - I hope that will be beneficial for You. 5 Seconds Rule By Mel Robbins Search about it in Youtube and Google, it is very simple and it helps You to execute the steps towards Your targets in life. it is powerful, and You can read the book too if You want. It is good and important to work hard, but remember that Working harder has limits, and working smarter has no limits. Maybe the cause of the anxiety attack is because You were having trouble sleeping the past few nights.

Good morning ( according to my city ) @furashido @nour-cha93 @Quanty , This topic is not about Me, it is about all of the humanity. Not in all cases, for an example : someone Shot Us with a bullet or Stole Our money or ........etc, in These kind of cases We have to take these actions personally and it will definitely make Us feel that these actions are personal ( it can't be not personal ). I completely agree with this. We can try to change the environment of that person and treat the causes ( I agree with this ), but I do not think that Forgiveness will change the psychology or the mindset of that individual in most cases ( I know it does in some cases, but in most cases it does not ). And by the way most of the times When We forgive someone He/She thinks that We are ( Stupid ) and They can do the same thing to Us and We will forgive Him/Her again because We are ( stupid ) as They think. I am talking about adults that are aware of Their actions and in control of Their own mind, and if We did the same thing to Them that they did to Us They will be hurted,and They know that, I think revenge and hurting Them will correct Them or at least stop Them from hurting others in the future because They will be afraid of revenge, There are a big differences between a wolf or a turtle and human. You know some people do not care about if what They are doing will hurt You or not They just care about themselves, I think This kind of people must hurted alot as a revenge and that hurt and revenge will stop Them because They will be afraid of revenge ( in arabic They describe this kind of people as "They afraid, They do not feel shame" or something near to that ) What about Someone Shot You or Me with a bullet or Stole My money or Your Money .....etc ? , Of course it will have an effect on Us, not just on Ourselves but it will have an effect on Us, our families and all people around Us. or at least thats what I think. Dont You think that You are using forgiveness to escape from Your pain ?, Dont You think You are cheating on Yourself so that You can go on with Your life without thinking about Your pain and about a way of revenge?, Do not You think that forgiveness will encourage more hurting and pain in the world this way ? I am just asking.

Hi @Eurpola , I hope You are doing well, When I do this breathing exercise I do not feel I need to sleep, It gives a relaxation to the body and it takes stress from the body, Actually I will add something to this breathing exercise next week that will make it more powerful, When You need to sleep maybe it is not because of the breathing exercise, Maybe it is because of that Your body really in need to sleep.

Partial fail today, I slept for like two hours from 19:25 - 21:25 and I waked up before several Minutes. Maybe I will sleep after 2 hours from now again.
