I don't think there is very much understanding of relativity required to accept utilitarianism (it lends itself to rationality quite well), but you could argue that the non-discriminatory and selfless qualities inherent in its design can be viewed as yellow. -
Sleeping with the guru is one thing. Looking after the guru's children is another ? Also, he said "PM me". You shouldn't apply in the comment section

Something tells me he has been living a should we say sheltered life.

Then isn't it fair to say that the tendency towards white skin in part unlocked the geographical requirements that lead to the relative advancement over the rest of the world? Thus, despite the presence of a myriad of other factors, race does indeed have something to say for the advancement of a certain people. However, vitamin D metabolism alone doesn't really lend itself to ideas of innate racial superiority, as it's firstly trivial, and secondly conditional. If I were to modify your original statement, I would say "innate racial characteristics that confer an uniform adaptive advantage across different environments have not been shown to be involved in the relative advancement of a group of people".

It's not a journey. It's a dance.

Even if we accept your assumption that this is a community of broken people, that doesn't mean they're not open to change. Dr. K has become one of the biggest Twitch streamers over the course of a few months, and that is virtually unprecedented on this platform. I think you're underestimating the range of psychological development that exists of professional gamers and political streamers. Many treat it as a genuine career and are decent people. I feel your observation is mainly coming from a place of prejudice and bias.

This debate about the definitions of words displays the different abilities of stage green and orange to recognize relativity: 30:15-31:15

Do you drive a car? Just walk. Can be fulfilling, and good to feel the body. It's natural to do some bodily activity. Do you own a toilet? Shit in the woods. Only takes a couple of minutes, and you get to walk in nature. A shower? Take a bath in a lake. Good to feel the body. Do you own a lawnmower? Use a scythe. Can be fulfilling. A stove? Light a fire. A house? Live in a tent. You're already indulging in tons of conveniences. What is wrong with a washing machine?

Now you're suddenly using liberalism and libertarianism interchangeably. Anyways, tell me how post-modernism supposedly gave rise to the libertarianism we see today. I have no idea how those two are linked. -

Didn't the principles of libertarianism arise before the advent of post-modernism? Ayn Rand didn't strike me as a post-modernist. -

I sometimes can't bring myself to think about memories even if I wanted to. The present moment has a tendency to suck you in. -

I think Cenk is hiding a complex of his own with his tendency to call out people for being stupid -

Surely there must be some obscure and inconsequent example out there that invalidates your statement, but that is just a hunch I have as a contrarian at 4:45 am Actually, when I think about it, white skin increases vitamin D absorption and historically lead to the advancement of people living in colder areas. Of course this alone isn't an advancement relative to some other race, but if the movement of people into colder areas did actually confer some relative advantage to advancement, then maybe race has something to say after all? Now, what I am NOT saying is that this matters to anyone alive today haha

For me, lifting heavy weights in a proper gym is so much more fun and exciting than doing say 200 reps of push ups in your basement. The adrenaline rush that I get from doing the last rep of deadlifts is the highlight of my entire week: it's such an intense experience, there is nothing quite like it. The feeling of pushing your body to the limit fills such a primal need in the human psyche: you realize that this is what you're really made for. You're also building up a skill, and the feeling of being totally immersed in something you're proficient at is innately nourishing. In my opinion, a gym membership makes lifting 100x more enjoyable. It has become a hobby for me at this point, and it makes going to the gym everything but a chore.

Don't trick yourself into thinking that these things don't make your life easier: they do make it easier, but only marginally so. Then again, lots of small things do add up in the end. It's your choice what you want to spend your money on and what levels of convenience you want to allow for yourself, but also be skeptical of skepticism
