Any tips on defusing hard addictions and improving mediation sessions. I currently have a hard addiction that I'm struggling to rid of. I have been trying the no stimulation in an empty room technique but haven't noticed much progress. Best I can do is 2-3 days so far. On the lines of Meditation, I've meditating on average once a day 20 minutes but haven't been noticing a whole lot of progress with my sessions. Just not being able to let go, calm the mind and be in a state of ease. I have been listening to adyashanti voice overs but would really like to do it with none at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
