@Lynnel Yeah I don't have a reason to be honest, I've back tracked and there is nothing sticking it out at me at all. This morning I had an amazing meditation session, I really excelled. Yeah your probably right, I need to slow down, on the other hand it doesn't feel right to slow down though, I feel I'm on to something ?. I just feel like bleurgh ? (the only way to describe it). Thanks for your detailed response @Lynnel means a lot ?❤️

(From my experience) Set a permanent time when you are at your peak of mental clarity. Write down somewhere why you want to meditate and what you want to gain from it, place the notes somewhere within eye view every morning (try and keep the notes small enough so you can scan when your half asleep/rushing) Keep sitting to meditate at that set time, FORCE yourself to build the habit NO MATTER WHAT. On the days your having internal resistance to sitting, accept that resistance and just sit. Make the habit. Good luck ♥️

Don't make the same mistake as I did, trying to deal/manage everything at once, it will have a backfire effect in someway or another. It won't be permanently changed/managed. Try and manage the most significant issue first. Once that's been fully handled, move on to your next issue. Maybe write out a POA? (plan of action). Your vision board? Place it out in a way that things are dealt with in accordance to the most important. I find with issues the slower you manage them and show each one the right attention the more permanently the change will stick. (Like losing weight properly instead of a radical weight loss diet).
