  1. @Clown @egoeimai @Shin @Martha77 Wow thanks so much for your responses! ❤️ Genuinely really opened my eyes! But isn't that the same with fits of anger? (For an aggressive person) When you become angry it gathers and then a massive release usually takes place (like at the peak of the anger) Isn't that just letting stuff out? I'm exactly the same ❤️ Very true!! Thank you for all you have written @Martha77 beautiful story, so glad you've been able to take back control and change your life around! Leo gave you the tools, you put the work in, don't forget that, thank yourself also ❤️
  2. I have heard that over brushing can be harmful with regards to the enamel on your teeth, you can literally brush it away. I'd do what @Igor82 does and rinse with water midday maybe? Or a flouride free mouthwash.
  3. Thanks for your detailed response @Igor82 very helpful. Can I ask you? Since you've irradicated flouride from your diet, do you also shower/bath in flouride free water? I heard that it can still enter your body via showering etc. Thanks again ?

  5. This is exactly what I strive for, this kind of relationship. Respect to each other should always be adhered, wether you disagree on something or not. Unfortunately, I'm in a relationship where his respect for me fly's out the window when he becomes angry, I've never once lowered myself to his level no matter what. Always keep your self respect and morals.

  19. Does anybody else wake up sometimes just feeling really down for no apparent reason? I'm having one of them days and I genuinelyl don't know why ? If you do, what do you do about it? I've sat with the emotion for most of the day but it's not budging, it's not a nice feeling.

(I deeply struggle with self love so I know what you go through) @Dan Arnautu Struggle to read (books) I start them with good intentions but when I put the book down (after I've finished for the evening) I don't pick it up again for weeks, maybe even a month, it's completely forgotten about. I feel this hinders my progression in this work. Thank you
  21. I find it quite the opposite. Once you become aware of thoughts as just a happening, you no longer assign a meaning. They will stop serving any purpose to you. They will never stop arising, they may become less frequent and they may pass quicker.
