@Michael569 Thank you so much for that, very informative ♥️ @pluto I broke the fast at 36 hours with some mango. It wasn't because of hunger, it subsided, it was because of energy levels and back pain. I almost crashed in the car, my reaction times where almost non existent. I couldn't even manage a stroll with the dogs without it seeming like a project. I have an extremely important meeting this morning and I wouldn't of been able to make it due to no energy, also because I was unable to do my daily yoga and walking my back pain kicked in. To say this was my first fast ever I'm kinda proud of myself. From this I have completely knocked caffeine on the head and realised I still eat to much. I've gone straight back into the fast as of 8pm last night and I won't be eating untill 8pm tonight. The depleted energy levels killed me but I'll get my body used to it a bit more and I'll plan to do it again in the near future.

Absolutely Pluto, well said. I'm reaching my peak me, I have absolutely no energy whatsoever and it's affecting home management and daily life. How do you know when it's time to break it? The hunger is feeeaaaarce ? @Star Net yyyeeeaaaahhhhh.... ? I had a strong urge to fast, for what reason is not known to me but I decided to do this instead and then jump into the next challenge ?

@pluto Forgot to ask... I've noticed that breaking the fast is very important. I'm not going to break with fruit because of the high sugar content. Would occasional small portions of vegan broth be okay? I'm also concerned about muscle mass loss

Perfect Pluto thanks so much. Make my way to the kitchen now for water and salt. Thanks bud! ?♥️

@pluto Brilliant Pluto! Keep it up bud ? Great idea... I'm interested in intermittent fasting in the future. Noticed a headache that won't shift though ?

Almost 24 hours in ? have to say I'm noticing a massive difference already (within the mind).
-
@d0ornokey excellent advice dude thanks so much! @pluto Yes Pluto I see the difference. To be honest I think learning comes with age wouldn't you say?? I used to study (as example shows) but as I've gotten older the subject becomes gun and exciting etc. Thank you ?

@Michael569 Brilliant advice there Michael thank you so much. My aim is 3 days, I say 2 but really it's 3 ? Thank you @Soulbass will watch now ?
-
@pluto I didn't even know they were two different things studying & learning ??
-
Your right here ether. This changed my perspective. Thank you ? . I notice when I look at a math problem and I have absolutely no idea what it even means by mind tends to just shut down and say "fuck this" ? I'm working on this.

@pluto Legend as always Pluto. Very helpful. Thank you so much ?

Thanks for your input @Solace yes I plan on sticking to my 30 minutes Yoga and daily dog walk and using more time for meditation. I heard to stay away from high fructose fruit's. It's all a little confusing. Somebody else said to take some organic apple cider vinegar daily (before bed) and some Luke warm water with Himalayan salt (every morning). Thanks for the video my good friend ? @pluto I feel you may have some knowledge you could possibly share? ?

Because I'm thick as f at math ? @ajasatya your absolutely right thank you and I am indeed ?
-
@ajasatya what if you have to study something you absolutely detest but it's compulsory?

@John Iverson I said vote 3 and you said sleeping on the floor? And I said no number 3 is sleeping with breathing not sleeping on the floor. ?

Slow exposure. Find root thought that is causing fear, become aware of what you do to evade, reassure and avoid. Have a friend call you for 20 seconds, stay on the phone and repeat root thought to yourself, sit with the anxiety, make sure to not do any of your avoiding or reassuring behaviours, be completely with that fearing root thought for the whole 20 seconds. Hang up. Repeat and make time on the phone longer (slowly). Slow exposure of the anxiety you endure with naturally decline. It works, trust me ? feel free to pm if you'd like more info or someone for moral support ♥️

Open as f mind as stated above. The therapist is the menu not the meal. You are the meal. I'm currently in the middle of high intensity CBT and she's decided to help me with panic disorder at the same time (I nagged her), she's extremely helpful and we clicked at like the second session, do you feel some kind of energy between you and your therapist? I feel this is important.

@John Iverson John 3 is the sleeping and breathing thingy
