  3. @Solace Thanks for sharing Solace. I can see this is meaningful to you ❤️ (I'll watch them later on).
  4. Wow! Well done dude! ❤️?
  5. Related to your time comment, I literally didn't know my own age until this week, I knew I was somewhere in my high twenties but wasn't sure which number and I never was bothered to work it out. As my birthday is upcoming, somebody said, you looking forward to turning 28, I was like "daaaaaamn! So that's how old I am" ?
  6. The journey is unique to yourself and nobody else, you cannot share it. Accept them as they are and as you grow you may be called to leave the relationship.
  7. Isolate yourself for a period of time and meditate
  8. @crushangel ? keep us posted
  9. @Leo Gura (Ignore the tag leo) @Michael569 I think I'm literally where your at, getting into systems thinking to help transition. This has made me super aware of knee jerk judgements, over the past 5 days I've been observing and watching my knee jerk judgements and when I hear them, I notice them and usually I'd voice them to people within my company, instead now I notice them internally and do not speak them, speaking them was a behavioural habit which in time will help drop judgements. Bringing awareness to them will help drop them. Observe the initial internal judgement and notice they are "just another thought" if you can notice and drop that initial judgement that will stop them in their tracks from snowballing (I've noticed for me anyway). Hope this helped ?
  10. @martins name Pleasure keep us posted. You won't regret it. Yoga has changed my life
  11. @AmarSG1 Thanks for your reply. Keep us updated if you do again. Sounds like an awesome experience non the less @Leo Gura I've had many panic attacks at home and being at home with Psychedelics brings a negative energy which doesn't sit right with me. Hence why I'd love to go to different surroundings. @Samra very true sweet. Thanks for your reply @Gabriel Antonio great ?
  12. Would it be a good idea to attend a Ayahuasca retreat if I deal with panic when consuming Psychedelics? I heard the come up on Ayahuasca takes around an hour or so, this would be my biggest challenge. When I'm at my peak I don't think that would be the issue. I'm currently working on why I panic and I hope to get to the bottom of this before attending. Don't fancy leaving myself with PTSD or something if this turns out to not my best idea but I sooooooo want to do it ? (subconsciously I feel I'll be okay, I feel ego is trying to put me off) Any personal experience would be helpful duuuuudes ??
  13. @martins name search Yoga studios near you. If your looking into getting into yoga for the physical aspects like you mentioned I'd search ashtanga Yoga as it's quicker paced, ashtanga don't tend to hold postures like Hatha.
  14. Take your pick, what works for one won't work for other and vise versa ?
  15. Compassion, how does it serve the ego? In my opinion, on an unconscious level, showing compassion to another could also be self gratification. If you look (I have looked into my own compassionate motives) deeply you could find that the reason you show compassion is to actually serve yourself. E.g. I want to dedicate my life to help animals, one could see this as a selfless act, but if you look deeper and more holistically you'll actually see the reason I want to help them is to make ME feel better. If I help, I know they may I'll suffer less, therefore making myself feel better. Just my two cents ?
  16. @Leo Gura where would you peg eckhart?
  17. @Etagnwo Thought so. Peace out brother ??
  18. You said... I said... You said... Referring to my fear so I said... I don't understand what's so hard to understand about that ? Can I ask a personal question, baring in mind I could be wrong. From where I'm sat you seem to like picking at people, I don't think I'm the only one to notice this either. Are you here to genuinely help or criticize people? If your offering genuine help without judgement I'm all ears, if your here to just pick at people I'll leave you to it ✌️
  19. @AmarSG1 ah right! Interesting. Thanks for this. May I ask in what country you attended (without giving to much away). Also in what way did the trip help you long term?
  20. Because I'm extremely interested in the movement of thought and the self and how it's incredibly illusory. Like I said "I'm creating the issue" the self! ?
  21. Definitely go into the direction of mindfulness meditation @Ingit
  22. No yeah I agree. It's me creating the issue. What's it done for me? Well it's reduced panic attacks by around 90% but yeah it hasn't got rid of them completely. How would I? I'd like to be chill with everything like I used to.
