How amazing is it to not say a word and just observe ♥️ -
@Equanimitize very true! Thank you so much for your reply. Really appreciate it. @Nahm I don't know where I begin to thank you for your words Nahm ?♥️ I truly needed this so much. I'm speechless. @Salvijus thank you so much!

I cannot begin to recommend a Morning Yoga practice enough (finished with Shavasana). If practiced correctly (with Ujjayi breath) it becomes a moving meditation, you become one with the breath. You could also feel energised and grounded throughout the rest of the morning with more mental clarity. For me personally (especially with twists) I also feel internally cleared with better circulation Try it for 7/14 days each morning and let me know "Your mat is your mirror".

@Joseph Maynor Interesting. I'm going to give it a go this morning. Another exercise I think is absolutely amazing is stress positions e.g. holding your arms up in the air until it starts to ache like mad. At first it's comfortable, then the pain kicks in, then you can either endure it through grit teeth (resistance) or completely surrender. I've reached beautiful places doing this type of exercise. Kundalini yoga is awesome for this. -

You know what I else I do that I find similar to this (this is going to sound mad). You know when you get leg numbing pins and needles and you can't walk on your leg/legs. Surrendering to the pins and needles and walking on your leg. Your mind just doesn't want to do it and I find it hilarious. -

@Arkandeus Yes! "It's about the journey, not the destination." -
So happy for you! Remember when shit hits the fan... Keep going. Can totally relate. I've been blinded by my own bs for so long and just in the past 2 day's I've started to take action. I can tell you, being truthful with yourself and then taking action will get you results.

Charlotte replied to Viking's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Oh Oh @Viking I can relate so much to this. My experiences also started from panic like symptoms. Basically it's fear, raw fear, clinging onto itself. It will pick out on ANYTHING to form more panic, it will grip you in anyway possible. I spent months trying to get my head around it, trying everything to get a grip of it but ultimately by me trying to get a grip of it, I realised that also was just another movement of fear. Fear trying to control fear, doesn't work. Your caught in a trap and until you at least start to witness the whole fundamentals of the self and fear this will stay with you. Yeah sure you can breath through the panic, seek reassurance in others (as you have been doing) but that in itself is still another movement of fear. It's a tough nut to crack Viking, I'm still working on it myself but the more I study and observe the more the fear is being stopped in its tracks. -
3 years ago I used 5-htp (after coming off anti depressants) to give me the 'stepping stone' I needed to get me back and into a daily routine. They worked like an absolute treat. I was on them for around 5/6 months. My intention was to come off them when I felt back to 'normal' and I did, with zero side effects and zero dependency. This is my experience with them. Yours may differ.

@Baldmunt Texting in general can be awkward because you can totally misinterpret the context. Maybe try cutting down on the texting and keeping to Skype and phone calls.

The realisation and the observation that the only thing that was holding you back is you/your mind.

@Roman Edouard Not saying it's completely true but I heard a bit of coffee is actually good for you. I wouldn't like to be the one giving you a goodbye kiss in the morning ? -
Maybe make a heading in your journal named 'Book insight's' or whatever and then right down your favourite insights of the book, highlight them and then pick up your notes weekly?
