@VioletFlame Yes!! ?? It's amazing isn't it! Such a powerful feeling also. It literally feels as if it's making its way up and out and then such a deep immense emotion arrises. So glad it's helped you through trauma ❤️ Yoga can guide you to and through many shut doors if you trust and accept. -
@Dan Arnautu I totally agree. I used the term diet for shroomdoctor to research. Calorie problem?

@inFlow Many hip opening postures release emotions. -
@Solvinden I used PayPal, no credit card required.

@DrewNows Yes I can see this being a possibility. I've witnessed people pointing and laughing at another's misfortune but it's more spitefully rather than for humourous reasons I think. It's as if they need to belittle other to feel better about themselves.

@Outer If someone trip's up in the street (and don't injure themselves) I find it funny but at the same time a small amount of empathy is given for their accident. There is a fine line with this because if someone demonstrates any injury or psychological suffering I don't find it funny.

Who can tell me why I laugh when someone hurts themselves ? Seriously interested in some answers though!...

@rounder apologies if you've seen the thread. Thought I'd tag you -
Such an interesting question. From what I've seen humour can be used in various ways. It can be a learnt behaviour. It can be used to deflect the 'spotlight' away from someone. It can be used as a sheild. A defensive mechanism. It can be used to 'people please'. It can be used because some people don't take life to seriously and therefore have a different perspective. That's all I can come up with now without going to deep into contemplation. Interesting to see others opinion's

@Shin my spiritual and personal development practices are quite a lot at the minute and quite deep, especially the therapy so I do think starting a journal isn't a bad idea come to think of it. I'd probably do one on here because it could benefit someone is anyway.
-
@Shin I know. I'll think about it but your right it is awesome.
-
@ShinBecause at the moment I gots things on and I don't want to add to the list. I'd like to start one when I have the time to update daily. Also. Why? ?

@Ray Thanks for replying. May I counter your comment? Aren't you seeking an answer to an experience you would like by asking other people's opinions of their personal experience? Baring in mind that their experience is limited to them and may be completely the opposite for you. Hence... -
@Shin Whhhhhyyyyyyy? (I love ninja guy way too much)

@Rilles I know ?♀️ never mind. I'll keep digging. Thanks for replying

I watched it all again @Rilles but I didn't hear any information on how the radicalists are formed. Unless I missed it but I doubt it.

@7thLetter The mind absolutely LOVES certainty and the comfort zone. Also habit forming. They go to the same restaurant because that provides security through knowing their surroundings, knowing the staff, the food etc. If they where to go elsewhere that could literally bring them discomfort and anxiety. Ultimately it derives from fear.

First of all. You have my empathy. Tonsillitis is just awful. I suffered many many years with it. I even landed myself in hospital for 2 weeks with it as the infection spread into the blood. The last tonsillitis I came down with I quit smoking there and then. And from then it only returned once in a very manageable subtle way. Could it be stress? @Elisabeth weakening your immune system? Also, just to add, I have no idea if this linked in anyway but from going vegan I haven't been ill once and I, like you was ill A LOT. It may just be coincidence though but a very big one if that's the case.

This is incredible when listened to properly and contemplated...
