  1. I am using Headspace for 3 months and I find it quite useful as a beginner. It is not all free and the max length of the sessions are 20 mins. I am happy with it though
  2. it may bring you everywhere leo, and that is the thing we are all after.. or, should we think that you have the absolute answer or reason
