Recently, a small child was kidnapped and raped for multiple days by multiple people, day and night. And after they got bored, they smashed her head. This is something that boils my blood. This is something that makes me sad for humanity, for ignorance. And, when something like this is pointed as illusion and not to be felt anything about, this just doesn't make sense to me. This might be just illusion or ignorance to an enlighted person but to non enlighted folks this act like this are pure evil. If this is nothing, then are we saying that it is alright for people to go and rape little girls and then kill them? and that act has no negative value? That, there is no need for millions to come together to rally and bring awarness to prevent this act? P.S. - I am open to all possibilities, I am a mere ignorant human being looking to understand the true way of life and true way of living.

Strength are areas you are good at. Values are what you hold important and can be good or even bad at it. For example, you might hold a value to be healthy but for your love of fast food you might be fat and therefore feel bad about it. Or, your value might be bad and yet you dont mediatate so you feel bad, and when you do then you feel good. We feel bad about ourself when we are not living on our values. Values can be very subtle too for example morality, lying can make you feel bad.

hahah, actually, I have written a song in which a guy is praying continuously to god about everything that is going wrong with his life and the world and then in the end as he is crying, praying and singing, he will stumble on his reflection in the water, and realize and he himself is the God. So, instead of praying and depending on external entity, he would wipe his tears and start to solve all these issues himself. I guess, that would be the theme song for my channel

Intro If there is anything worth conquering then its happiness, your lasting smile but it isnt easy, because there are enemy in the form of many problems. But how to overcome your problems? The besy way is to outgrow them, becoming bigger than the our problems. So, here we aim to reach our max potential, towards self mastery, wisdom and self actualization to conquer happiness by overcoming various challenges of our life , in order to become what I refer to as "Sultan Of Smile" I am Anas, and this is what I intended to become and teach.

I totally relate to you and this is why I am confused. It suits my personality as sultan is a term for muslim and I am muslim, plus I speak very emotionally often using alot of expression with the dominant being smile with dimples, lol. I will try to rephrase it around this - Plus, long before when I was extremely depressed and in trauma, I wondered if a month can go by where I can feel absolute happiness every single moment with not even a negative thought. I was just amazed at that thought, and wondered that would be truly magical. I would like be smile king a.k.a sultan of smile. And, I realized self actualization is a path towards that.

why do people expect spiritual teacher to give out everything for free? phewww We build value by our efforts in our work, this is the same for him and then we receive money as a common currency for our value. Then we exchange this currency with each other which is basically exchanging our work/effort. What is wrong in exchanging some of your effort for his effort?
