Same, I don't see the value in forcing the body to be rigidly still - if anything, it seems counter-productive to me if it's creating resistance in the body. I find sometimes that my body will start rocking or circling, and I just let it if that's what it wants to do.

Yep, that's the big cosmic joke of it all - you're right, it's shocking when you realise. It's something I realised a few years back. Problem for me is, the realisation quickly hardened into a dry, dead belief - it became nothing more than a thought in my mind. Dissolving all the resistance I'd unconsciously built up against love turned out to be a hugely difficult and painful task. The energy of love feels like such a destructive force, though I understand that the only thing that will be destroyed is illusion. It's just that the illusion seems so real. And I'm scared that there will nothing left when it's gone.

I'm feeling very conscious of my solar plexus chakra at the moment, I was initially feeling a lot of upset in that area; when I felt into it, though, the upset gave way to a feeling of anger that feels very destructive, it makes me want to brutally attack someone or something. Which would be, y'know, a tad anti-social, of course, though there's a quality of righteous indignation to it. It's actually kind of fascinating and even amusing to observe, because feelings of volcanic rage can give way to feelings of wailing grief in the blink of an eye, and vice versa - it's like, bro, make your mind up ?
