  1. Osho dynamic is split into 5 parts: first is rapid breathing without any pattern / intentions /expectations. Second is catharsis - Complete surrender and no resistance. Let yourself go insane Third is putting your hands up, shouting HOO from your stomach and jump every Hoo Fourth is utter non doing, silence, just stand and watch fifth is a cosmic dance, celebrate like your life. what i did was essentially supposed to be a catalyst for dynamic but i just wanted to get in a habit of doing something emotionally difficult everyday. if you do kundalini and dynamic everyday for 90 days you'll become a new man. This was actually the first video I watched from Leo and it was like what I had been wanting to hear all my life ahaha and so the journey begins but yes absolute infinity is to blame. i am still biting the bullet and facing loneliness head on because of this need to connect with someone who would know exactly what im talking about. Truth doesn't have an agenda. Nothing pushes you or pulls you towards truth. Truth simply is so yes everyone / everything you encounter is truth and Truth is your teacher however there is no You that is being taught. Truth is truthing for truths sake

Leo does a great job of laying down the foundations of epistemic patterns of the mind now it is your job not to cling to ideologies and become aware of how you're alone in this Universe.

  7. @Ether Idk i feel obligated to take care of this body. My body is my soul. I haven't done a good job really loool but its turning more into something i authentically do than "practice" healthy eating. I've been feeling subtle sensations all over my being after consuming any kind of shitty food and if i fast for a few days and eat some powerful food, I have glimpses through out the day.

  13. its not that deep. We ultimately are trying to gain mastery over the body by eating healthy. Leo diet video does a pretty good job of cutting out all the supermarket bullshit but its the chemicals you have to be looking after. Eat wholesome foods, whatever you like, there is no right diet, eat and drink shit that heals you, make eating a ritual and not a mechanical activity. Your body is intuitive and once you make that leap to that committing to feeling good, you will feel good and trust me i dont eat too healthy but when i fast and consume healing food i feel amazing.

  15. couple of weeks ago i took a 100 mg edible, I smoke daily but edibles are just something else to me. I completely surrendered on the peak of what I could call the most insane high i've ever had. I was in utter bliss for 2 hours. I was on omegle.com laughing at every person I was because everybody was trying to find themselves on the website. It was just a cosmic play. One of my non dual glimpes so far

  20. you just cant rationalize your way out of this topic. You know what you're doing. Just know what you're doing and thats it. Experiment for yourself because the meat eaters are gonna say its okay and the vegetarian is gonna say not okay. Everything in between will just confuse you even more. I quit meat, I personally feel like shit and I feel like I have a backpack full of dead body while meditating or any purification work. I ultimately realized I can do this whole process by avoiding feeling like i am climbing up a mountain with a heavy backpack and also I was highly addicted to meat, I cant even remember a day without eating meat until i quit a while ago. So yeah see for yourself.
