  1. @Carl-Richard well i didnt go into it with any expectations other than to break my own limiting belief because just a month ago.. a 3 hour sit seemed outrageous. In those terms.. its definitely working
  2. Today was tough my friends, 12 more days to go! I might continue 3 hour sits for a few months if I get used to sitting! nu
  3. @Tistepiste @GrowthPilgrim Thank you guys! another day another sit!
  4. @Harikrishnan Yes at the 2 hour mark, I've had very sharp pain on my right inner thigh which makes me uncross my legs for a few minutes. Also sometime I feel intense knee pain when getting up after the sit @Bill W mostly end up thinking about the long duration tbh, especially at the 2 hour mark when it starts to get pain however it is all part of the process!
  5. @Waken thank you for posting brother (: very motivating
  6. @Leo Gura ive noticed a pattern over the years where it seems like you have a stick up the ass when it comes to acknowledging what you deem as conspiracies. Anything controversial that challenges the mainstream status quo, you ridicule and shut down the forum post. I see that having such posts is not really conducive to this forum because alot of randoms might join and cause havoc. But I am curious as to how you distinguish between conspiracy & 'news'. You have shut down many theories which is definitely viable and can be 'proven' with some research. Alot of things that need to addressed don't and the status quo perpetuates
  7. @Carl-Richard then the challenge turns into 21 day samadhi challenge ?
  8. I can relate. In the last few days, I have experienced a range of emotions after reading Leo's recent forum posts... from anger, doubt, frustration to awe, excitement, profundity & laughter. The same objections arose within me but It is apparent that most 'awakened' people in this world completely ignore the massive field of psychedelics & Leo is the only one who has cultivated enough balls to dive deep. All and all... he's not saying anything negative and seems to be providing the highest teaching. You don't know that you don't know and you'll know when you know. Our 'spiritual traditions' have not existed in larger time frames than 5000 - 10,000 years & what we see from Leo is possibly the way from which Spirituality reaches towards its pinnacle. Contemporarily, we have too limited of a scope to determine if the awakened beings we know about are truly awake. Learn to embrace his teachings, the man is pointing to the moon and we are objecting the pointer.
  9. @Applegarden Seems very powerful. I've heard of people doing a guided death meditation by OSHO and getting amazing results. They say it really feels like you're dying and a lot of stuff comes up. I definitely gotta try it out
  10. @Whatwhat Hey I am doing time lapses on my phone & I am practicing Vipassana Meditation as taught by Goenka
