in one of his videos Leo said that its necessary to be both serious about life and not serious so how to be both simultaneously ? or should u constantly keep switching from being serious to not serious? which aspects of life are serious? which aren't? and is it same as metamodernism? @Leo Gura

Look at Orange, it’s beautiful, highly proportional and tasty, and juicy, and I wonder how absolute has created such piece of art? It’s just genius, I’m totally amazed. It’s outrageous if you look at fruits, nuts, veggies etc, just how tasty and how beautiful it can be. how can god had idea to create something like that? How did Orange evolved to be so pretty and juicy? From what kind of thing Orange tree has evolved? Im speechless. I don’t think it’s normal, sometimes I think that food and it’s tastiness is just carrots and sticks ie a tool for evolution, but other times I think food was made tasty so we can enjoy it and get inspired not merely survive on it. I don’t know which one is true maybe both. It’s one of the most genius thing that was created. I’m shocked. I start to think about eating as sacral thing and celebration.

One thing that bothers me most is that I'm not sure why Neo choose it? I mean when Pifia asked him: you already made your choice, you just need to understand why, and in final battle Smith playing devils advocate and asks him: why r u doing it Neo? Neo answered: because it's my choice. But why it was his choice? He didn't say that it is for love, salvation, good etc he just said: it's my choice -

Matrix has so many layers of understanding, every scene has not just one or two layers but many, just like Bible, how did Wachoskis create something like that by just being creative and well-read, I think they had their inspirations and messages from higher planes of consciousness -

So let’s say being lustful is defo immaturity, unconscious, instincts-driven and not perfect kind of state. Hw bout being romantic? To someone and in general to be romantic to your life ? Like in Disney cartoons. 1. Is it also lustful trap or more pure/divine? 2. Has truth in it or delusion of mind? 3. Is it conscious behaviour or unconscious? 4. Is it example of noble ness of human character or immaturity and compulsiveness? 5. instincts-driven or soul-driven? 6. Forever or short-term? 7. Is it more Godlike to be romantic or more Devil-like?

I know what u mean, and i agree, buddhism's goal is escaping life, me too don't understand that, i can only guess its because: 1. nirvana can help to cease suffering of psychological nature, but not of physical like sickness. and buddha was more concerned about ageing, sickness and death as the main problems of life. that was his motivations to pursue enlightenment i think, not modern depression or low self-esteem. When he said life is suffering he meant that all life is suffering not just psychological but all coz he emphasized physical suffering. and of course he was disappointed that things in life are not eternal but very short-term. 2. poverty on that time was big. no optimism about life in everyday survive-or-die conditions, probs buddha saw that ppl don't wanna live like that 3. not much fun things to do were invented like we have today. On the example of India we can see that Moksha was common thing to talk about and everyone knew and pursue it. But, as far as i'm informed, from around 70s till today, as people became richer and capitalism prospered, people saw new things world has to offer, so idea of escape is not a main agenda anymore. Sri Aurobindo has greatly noticed that neither India's spiritualism escape nor Western materialism is a right way to go. Actually, both are egoic. Both needs to be developed into spiritual life on earth. 4. buddha was rational guy, i think, hence tanatos or desire to die was higher than eros or desire to live. as i recall he was capricorn and they are quite rational 5. he met all kinds of pleasures of life as he was prince, so he probs thought that there's nothing more to life than that 6. clearly the biggest point is that buddha wasn't a prophet. He didn't receive any message from higher planes of consciousness on what-to-do-with-our-lives and where-humanity-goes to share, he had great knowledge from beyond but not message to humanity from beyond. his teachings are based on his own discoveries and his own rationalization and interpretation of implications of absolute truth for life of human-being. Another person might have another outlook and another teachings on the same truth. Buddha is criticized for being anti-evolutionary, while prophets like Jesus are pro-evolutionary (pro-life). It means that he didn't see how body can be evolved through energy of spirit and conscious effort (across humanity and throughout times to come) so physical suffering, ageing and eventually death problem can be overcome, while Jesus talked about that a lot but of course he received that message and Buddha didn't have any message. Anyway we might be all wrong about Buddha, who knows, and Buddhism can be used in various ways, look at Dalai Lama - he says purpose of life is happiness and spending time usefully, and he is engaged in learning about reality in deeper ways, how nice -

I think I was born neurotic. During last years I had a great deal of evaluating my childhood and trying to see when I became neurotic but I came to conclusion that I probably was born neurotic because I had neuroticism in early age and I dunno what possibly could have triggered that given that my upbringings wasn't perfect but fairly normal. I probably developed ego and dualistic perception quite early. I was overly sensitive to the world around me and could get upset easily so I was constantly crying and had difficulties in stopping that even at age of 5-7 when I already could speak properly. Have constant nightmares from childhood till now. I had terrible fear of death (probably was introduced to it through TV) of myself and my parents from age of 5. I used to constantly think about death and god from age 5 and I don't think its a normal thing to do at such age. And throughout my life I was big self-conscious melancholic obsessed with my feelings. I didn't think about them but was sort of hijacked by them. I always had problems with motivation. Its almost like my serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin levels are chronically low, I wouldn't be surprised if thats the case. So I wonder do you think one can be born neurotic? And if so, should one born with it apply some other recommendations than someone who acquired it.

Psychic reading is one thing but psychics who possess and influence others minds is yet another. Just think about how many psychics try to enter Trump's mind everyday and influence his decisions. It's proposterous but our world is governed by puppet masters, literally. And I doubt there is any hierarchy and consensus among psychics about who is first to enter trumps head lol, it's just chaotic battleground, hence world is a mess. -

From glimpses I had choice is there but chooser isn't. You are the choice not the chooser. You are free will itself, not the one who is free. Just semantic though coz u might wanna say that choice=chooser, no p. In the same time it's all predetermined. -
Spiral dynamics progress is about outgrowing stages. When u talk success What are you motivated by? How do u define success? If you care about success so people can love and respect you then you still need to go through Blue first. Many ppl mislead that success is only Orange, no, success can be both at Orange and Red. On Orange You don’t care about respect from others to your persona because now u are rational and don’t rely on whether someone likes you or not. On Red u still do. Coz it’s Blue when u develop stable norms and principles that controls ur Red desires such as need for respect, fame and glory. And nothing wrong with Red, Red can be good ppl, map is about seeing where are you and how can you grow from that place. So if you still want ppl to respect and admire you then u need to develop full blown set of inner norms which always will be set of traditional societal values and behave according to norms instead of immediate desires. If u are Orange and want to go Green, Green is about feelings, being in the moment and connecting with ppl that surrounds u and caring for their feelings and well being.

My problem is my family as they are not chilled and not peaceful at all, they are something like Woody Allen's Jewish family impersonation in Annie Hall. It's a challenge to actualize being around them. Ive noticed that many actualizers here aren't happy with their families either, and same goes to my observations of other people, friends in my life, it's almost a pattern, if u had peaceful and conscious family from early age u probs don't engage with actualizing on purpose but able to have happy life. If u didn't u either actualize on purpose or become unhappy/depressed or stressed/angry person
