I say yess, especially if you’ve had some struggles because I think myth makes it easier to see yourself in a story. Do you enjoy fables or short stories? I LOVE Joseph Campbell and I love the episode Leo did on the Hero’s journey because it rings truly for me, more so than life purpose. I got a lot from watching the Joseph Campbell interview series from PBS... It’s really old ha ha. He is super chill in the interviews lol! I think it was like a series of 4 interviews, near the end of his life... it used to be on YOuTube actually but I can’t find it anymore. YOu can definitely get it at the library— I think it’s a lot like the book. He answers some specific questions in relation to movies that clearly are developed with the Hero’s journey in the story line. I think if you can watch those two episodes you may plant some seeds that will give you some great ideas/insights about your own hero’s journey. I wish I had discovered him sooner so I am of course recommending it because of my own resonance with his work.

I feel you... I also feel like you answered your own question when you said you were not at stage blue. Leo and infinite waters isn’t in the way, you’re natural interests are in the way of you hanging out with people you can’t really have an interesting conversation with. Don’t just avoid things you don’t like— do stuff you actually enjoy. This is more authentic anyways. Maybe hanging out with stage blue is just not going to be stimulating right now. Can you just find some interesting social groups/ people who are doing what you enjoy perhaps philosophy, personal development or something related to your area of purpose/ higher contribution? College is a great place for this actually. Use meaning ways to interact. Being introverted can be an asset and you can still interact with others.

Decrease your eating window— Whatever works, 12 hours or less eating window is usually effective Raise your food standards— ex: no processed foods, sugars, fast foods, etc. Get more sleep (super under-estimated) Make it more interesting. You’re probably bored with your food/exercise or something so workout longer or shorter & more intense Make a higher goal— not just weight loss. For example: run your first 5k Do a pull-up Increase your energy Learn a sport/active hobby/ or skill like dancing

I used to wonder this about my sister because she has schizophrenia. I do believe that everyone has a myth to live out with their life if they so choose to answer that internal call or even see it that way. As for people with disabilities, who are we to know their purpose or whose lives are impacted from their existence? Even if it's just to inspire other's in some way to live more fully in their purpose/ calling. How this topic affects you may be some clue as to what it means for you/ your purpose or your lifestyle. I used to teach a fitness class to some mentally impaired adults that seemed to love unconditionally and I was super fascinated with how unbothered they were.

Thanks. Cool. Darn! Tardy to the party but would totally do NY or anywhere east-ish. We need fan clubs for such things, visits/ attendance would be a no brainer.

When my family offers me meat or chicken, I happily decline. Sometimes they are joking because they know I am not eating it. Let them know you don't eat sweets, it's totally fine & maybe they will be inspired lol.
